The Joshua Tree Duo - A & B

Desert Air Zen is a contemporary and peaceful retreat where you can relax and unwind. Within short walking distance to all the hot spots in Joshua Tree, farmers market, shops, galleries and restaurants including the famous Joshua Tree Saloon. You will be a ten minute drive to the Joshua Tree National Park entrance.

THE SPACE

Desert Air Zen is a modern, peaceful, restful space with all the comforts of home. This is one of two duplex units separated by two garages so there is plenty of privacy. Newly remodeled with all new appliances, polished concrete floors, modern concrete shower, comfy beds with all cotton sheets and plush carpet. You will be close enough to town to walk, yet it feels private and quiet. All diversity is welcome!

GUEST ACCESS

You have access to the whole house, all to yourself. Garage space is not available to guests but there is off street parking right in front of the building. Self check in gives you flexibility and ease. You will be sent a code to the electronic keypad.

Great place for family

We use both sides of the property. Our group of nine including six adults and three children work very well. Outside fire pits was a great Plus for evening activities. Very convenient to the national park.

Calm comfort so close to Joshua Tree

We rented both A&B for 6 adults, 2 children and 1 infant. The place was great with an awesome desert vibe, but still so close to everything. Polished concrete floors and showers made everything so easy to keep clean. The included gas fire pits made the desert evenings fun. If you want to experience a great stay near to Joshua Tree you couldn’t do much better.

Cancelled the reservation couple of hours before check in

I reserved the accommodation few days ahead of my trip and went with few friends and was having lunch before checkin and the host cancelled the reservation. I was left in the hot weather with friends and families and had ro explain them that the reservation canceled and my friends unloaded the frustration on me and we scrambled to find another one and had to settle for what ever is availa le through airbnb. I emailed the host as to why it was cancelled and I got a respo se that VRBO messed up with reservation and they qill reach out to me to discuss the issue. I am very disappointed with the unprofessional dealing.

Nice and cozy

Taylor was very responsive to all of my questions and made sure I had everything I needed to enjoy my stay. The overall VRBO was perfect for the occasion of a weekend getaway with friends. The location is also so close to Joshua Tree which was a plus and Taylor made sure to include a helpful binder with information about the Joshua Tree hikes and things to do in the area. Overall an amazing stay.

Sweet desert getaway

This adorable duplex rents as easy as pie with Elsa and Taylor responsive, knowledgeable and courteous. Each unit is charming and efficient, and rented together, they hold a big family quite confortably. Perfect location for access to Joshua Tree and the Integratron! Many comforts throughout - like super cozy throw blankets on the couches and irresistible books carefully placed. We would definitely stay here again! Thank you!
