Beautiful detached house with 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, garden and garage. The villa is located at Boavista Golf Resort in Lagos. In the resort you will find great amenities, including a large pool, tennis courts, a football field, shooting the bow zone, playground, bar club house / restaurant, indoor pool, gym gym and spa and of course, golf.

The spacious villa has a fully equipped kitchen, a living room with open kitchen to the dining room, 3 large double bedrooms.

At the back of the property you can enjoy a lovely terrace with a large dining table, a garden with barbecue and direct access to the pool. It is the ideal place for al fresco dining and enjoying the Algarve climate.

Great comfortable and modern home !

We were there almost 4 weeks and totally enjoyed the home, the pool and the peace and quiet after the days of exploring the Algarve. Very Easy to get to restaurants etc in Lagos by Bolt or Uber (about 6 Euros), or enjoy the bbq and large private treed yard for outdoor eating. The house is very clean, well equipped and Irina was totally easy and very pleasant (!) to talk with, arrange extra cleanings, towels, sheets etc.

A lovely villa

The Villa is a so lovely & exactly what it says on the tin. However, the fact that there was not a clean & linen change halfway through was rather disappointing - we received some replacement bedding & towels - but not a full quota & the last thing I expect to do on holiday is change my bedding! The outdoor furniture really needs improving in order to replicate the indoor. But overall a lovely stay in a very familiar area for us.

Lovely House, great location

We've stayed at Boavista many times and this is one if the nicest properties we've stayed in. It's located in the newer part of the development and has direct access to the pool from the back garden. The pool always had beds available and was clean and not too noisy. I'd definitely recommend this property, we'll be going back for sure.

Mooie nieuwe villa op park in aanbouw

We hebben genoten van de luxe van de villa en de ruimte er om heen. Het verwarmde zwembad voor de deur was rustig en super. Tegenover de villa werden nieuwe villa’s gebouwd, wat logischerwijs het nodige geluid met zich meebracht, daar waren we niet van op de hoogte. Voor een huis als dit, vonden wij het heel ongebruikelijk dat er geen enkele schoonmaak was in de twee weken die wij er verbleven. We hebben zelf gevraagd om schoon bed- en bedlinnen, dat hebben we wel gekregen. De koelkastdeur was kapot gemaakt door de vorige huurder. Het is niet gelukt om die te repareren tijdens ons verblijf. Het huis ligt op een (na de afronding van de bouw van de nieuwe villa’s) rustige plek in het park, afgelegen van de centrale amusement als het restaurant, voetbalveld, speeltuin etc. Contact met de vertegenwoordiger in Lagos was prima! Zij deed haar uiterste best!

The new villas under construction are on the entrance side of the villa and not on the garden, swimming pool and living space. We take this work into account in the rental price, which is lower, as long as there is work, than the rate for similar villas in a space without work. A second set of sheets and towels is left at the check-in for tenants for rentals longer than 1 week. The cleaning service is planned for the end of the stay. Our correspondent may have failed to tell you this. it's not the refrigerator door but the overdoor of the furniture and fortunately! The latter was not broken by the former tenant but voluntarily left as it was by the owner before being able to repair it this fall. The risk is a poor closing of the entire door. Our assistant does her best to make sure that our tenants' stay goes well.
