Joint house in a gated community with pool and garden. Prime location next to the pine forest and beach cliff (pedestrian). Quiet and very pleasant area of ​​charming holiday villas, luxurious hotels and pedestrian access to restaurants, bars, mini-market and other shops.
Fully equipped kitchen features (fridge, stove, microwave, coffee maker, dishwasher and washing) with barbecue on the balcony, facing the pine forest.
The dining room, with fireplace, TV, has direct access to the patio facing the pool and garden.
The suite (double bed and TV) has a terrace overlooking the pine forest and Epic Sana. The remaining two bedrooms (double bed + 2 single beds) have a balcony facing the pool and garden.
3 WC (1 bath, 1 shower)
Unmissable: riding the pine forest and along the beach (you can go to Vilamoura, enjoying the breathtaking cliffs or going to the opposite side, find the sources in Agua eyes and go through the caves if the tide permits.

If you like fresh fish, we recommend Peixaria Falesia and meals on the terrace:-)

The place is perfect! You are so close falesia beach and to restaurants and bars. The place is so well equiped it has everything you need and the hospitality there is great any problems were dealt with right away. My family really enjoyed thisn space cant say enough.

A lovely well equipped apartment in great location

We have just had a wonderful family holiday staying in this beautiful 3 bed apartment. All rooms have air conditioning, outside has an automated awning and the whole apartment is well equipped. The owner was very attentive and helpful.

Lovely Property near a Fantastic Beach

My family and I enjoyed a stay in this lovely property. The house is very well presented, had everything you need and more and was in a prime location near restaurants and a truly amazing beach. Patty and Moises were so helpful from start to finish and responded to questions immediately every time. Our favourite restaurant by far was Flor de Mar and can thoroughly recommend. I would also thoroughly recommend the house, you will not be dissapointed. Thank you Patty and Moises.

Geweldige locatie en vakantie

We hebben een prachtige vakantie gehad. Het huis ligt vlakbij het strand dat ook nog eens een highlight bleek te zijn. Er is een pleintje met een supermarkt en restaurant dichtbij.Het was prachtig weer en hebben vaak gebruik gemaakt van het zwembad. Wat een luxe!De contactpersoon van het huisje beantwoordd onze vragen snel en vriendelijk.Als het aan mij ligt, komen we er nog eens!

Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt in der Unterkunft direkt am traumhaften falesia beach gelegen. Die Wohnung war top ausgestattet und sehr sauber. Besonders hervorzuheben ist der wunderbare Pool, direkt vor der Terasse. In unmittelbarer Umgebung gab es einige Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin war sehr nett. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Anmietung Haus

Lage des Hauses optimal, 5 Minuten zum Strand, in den Supermarkt oder Gaststätten. Ausstattung komplett mit allem was man sich wünschen kann inclusive Badehandtücher. Was uns gestört hat ist die Kameraüberwachung im Schlafbereich. Abstimmung mit der Agentur war nicht optimal, es gibt keine Einweisung ins Haus, man muss sich selbst zurechtfinden. Grundsätzlich ist alles passend und empfehlenswert.

Wunderbarer Urlaub!

Wir sind absolut zufrieden mit unserer Wahl. Tolle Gastgeber, Kommunikation sehr, sehr freundlich. Die Unterkunft war wie beschrieben und wir hatten wunderschöne 8 Tage Urlaub. Es ist eine schön angelegte Anlage mit mehreren FeWos. Das Zentrum vom Ort mit Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants liegt nur 3 Gehminuten vom Haus entfernt, ebenso die faszinierenden Klippen sowie der Strand. Auch ohne Mietwagen hat man alles, was man benötigt vor Ort. Auch können wir das Infobüro im Ort wärmstens empfehlen, wenn man einen Transfer oder Ausflüge buchen möchte. Wir würden diese Wohnung jederzeit wieder buchen. Einziger erwähnenswerter Punkt wäre, dass im Haus weder Salz noch Pfeffer oder Zucker vorhanden ist. Dieser Punkt könnte Corona geschuldet sein, da es sich um nicht verderbliche Waren handelt. Wir haben unsere gekauften Dinge, wie Waschpulver, Tabs und Toilettenpapier einfach für kommende Gäste vor Ort gelassen, wissen allerdings nicht, ob diese Dinge entsorgt werden müssen. Aber dies ist wirklich nur am Rande erwähnt. Der Fluggast hat solche Dinge meist nicht im Gepäck. Alles andere war prima, gemütlich und auch mit den anderen Gästen der Anlage, derren Pool man sich teilt kommt man nicht in die Lage sich gestört zu fühlen. Es herrschte ein rücksichtsvolles Nebeneinander. Herrlich, danke und gerne wieder. Familienurlaub mit Freunden absolut gelungen.

Alles was man braucht!

Es passte einfach alles, die Ausstattung war der Wahnsinn vom Küchenequipment bis hin zu den sehr hochwertigen Elektrogeräten wie zb Fernseher, Klimaanlage und Weinschrank. Klasse Pool und einen Steinwurf vom Strand entfernt. Es gab wirklich nichts zu bemängeln. Vielen Dank dafür.

Toller Platz

Schöne Wohnung in einer netten privaten Anlage. Der Pool direkt vor unserer Terrasse , dahinter ein Parkplatz und weite Sicht. Zum Meer 3 nur Minuten und man ist jedes Mal wieder sprachlos wie schön es dort ist .
