Great family getaway

Our family traveled to Cape Cod for the first time for the 4th of July week. The house was in a great location and had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. Alex was very communicative and was helpful throughout our stay.

We could not have been happier with this property. It worked well for everyone, from 24-year-olds to people in their 70s. It offered space to spread out and not be on top of each other. It was very well appointed and immaculately clean. The kitchen was amply supplied and included two refrigerators and two dishwashers. The pool area was perfect and expansive views were breathtaking. We had a wonderful time and hope to return next year.

We had our family vacation at this wonderful home in June 2025. Along with my wife and I we had our four children, their spouses/boyfriend, and four grandchildren. The house is large enough to give space and privacy but not too big that anyone felt lonely. The large glass dining room table was the centerpiece of both great meals and fun game nights. Everything was as it was described on the website. The kayaking was a bit hit, while the heated pool was amazing. Alex was a great host, all I had to do was text him my question and within a few minutes he replied. One of our family members lost her necklace in one of the bedrooms and upon departure I contacted Alex and asked him if he could have the cleaners be on the lookout for it. They found it and Alex mailed it to me – thank you Alex! If you want a great family vacation, this is the perfect house in which you can make that happen.

AMAZING!!!!!

We had an amazing time with family at this beautiful property! 3 Families stayed in this home comfortably and everyone enjoyed their time here together with family. Alex is a very attentive and accommodating property manager. He kept in touch with us through our check in process and made sure everything was okay. Very professional. I cannot express enough how much we all enjoyed our time here. I definitely would book this property again!

An amazing house in an amazing spot

Our East Orleans stay was truly spectacular. We had so much fun taking advantage of the house's amenities - everything from the roof deck with beautiful views, to the heated pool, the dock access (to crab, to kayak from), and the totally decked-out kitchen made our stay a real pleasure. Our kids (four of them, ages 6 - 11) took advantage of the game room and loved having the lower level to themselves. All the adult couples had their own space to retreat to, and the gathering rooms were big enough and comfortable enough to be all together when we wanted to. LOVED the huge dining table for dinners all together. The house is perfect for a family gathering like ours - beautiful setting and luxurious amenities, but not soooo crazy fancy that we were stressed the whole time about keeping it perfect. Exactly what we wanted and allowed us all to really feel like we had a proper vacation.

Great Vacation Home for Family Gathering

July 2022 visit for large family. Wonderful property that easily accommodated the entire family of 12 to 14. The kitchen was perfect for numerous meals - breakfasts, lunch and dinners - and a large group. Also great space for meals pool site with amazing views, as well as meals in the sun room. Plenty of sleeping space and flexible for adults and older teens who really enjoyed the downstairs hangout / game room. The pool was a hit, plus easy to paddle boarding off the dock. The morning sunrises - from almost every room - were beautiful. Especially loved the view from the Master and the private roof deck off the Master. Great way to start every day! Perfect for larger families and groups - more than enough space to gather as well as escape to private retreats throughout the house.

Stunning home and location

The size of this home can accommodate a large family gathering easily! It is quite spacious and the location has great privacy. The view of the bay is special and peaceful! Big pool, big kitchen- great bedrooms all with their own bathrooms! We hope to come back again! Alex was a great communicator.

Another perfect return stay

Third visit in 3 years. Property remains an oasis of nature and luxury. Everything was spotless. I feel blessed that I get to spend time on vacation relaxing with my family at this house.

Blue waters rental

Beautiful location on a quiet lane. Lots of space for the guests. Amazing kitchen with two of everything, fridges, ovens, dishwashers. Since we like to cook this was perfect. Wonderful heated pool and views of the water. . Great proximity to the beach. We enjoyed the gourmet kitchen, upstairs deck and pool table. Our only criticism was that they need a newer mattress in the library. Other beds were fine.

Lovely family vacation

The house is beautiful, and was the perfect size for our family of 16. We enjoyed kayaking, paddle boarding, and fishing off the dock. The heated pool was great especially when we had a few cooler days. Would definitely recommend this place for a vacation!

Beautiful property

The house was magnificent with beautiful views and a wonderful pool. Plenty of space for our large group. The kitchen is doubly equipped which made it so much easier. The area is very quiet. Very quaint and fantastic restaurants. Highly recommend for large groups. The ocean is a marsh which is fun for exploring. Communication was exceptional.

Great time again

Repeat visit to a fantastic luxury waterfront property on the shore of the incredibly beautiful Pleasant Bay. We were blessed with amazing weather and took full advantage of the pool, dock and roof top deck. My wife and I discovered the beach at Ponchet Island after kayaking over from the house and had a half mile stretch of southern end of Nauset Beach to ourselves on the first full day of Summer. The only thing I don't like about this house is how sad I feel when I am leaving this amazing property.

Excellent Vacation

The property and house is everything that's advertised. It's absolutely beautiful and the house is in great condition. The heated pool was great and you could stare at the views of the ocean all day. It was a quick drive to nearby restaurants, shopping and grocery stores, which made it very easy to go out when we wanted or needed. We had a great week at the house and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great vacation on the Cape!

Amazing stay

We had an amazing stay and are already planning for next year. Any initial concerns we had about staying in a rental during COVID-19 were quickly put at ease due to the owners high-touch and communications prior to our arrival, including details about extra precautions that were put into place. The accommodations were stunning and the location and amenities are great. Any small concerns or questions were quickly remedied and answered. Highly recommend.

Summer on the Cape

The home was just as described. Due to COVID-19, I cooked a lot at the house. I had all that I needed to do that. The home was clean and safe. We had a great time in the pool and the boys enjoyed the pool table nearly every evening. Thank you for working through the regulations to offer us a wonderful place to spend a much needed week away.

Truly Great Holiday Destination

We had the good fortune to stay at Blue Waters from the 20th – 27th July 2019. The house is very impressive and in one of the best locations we have ever stayed. On arrival we were immediately struck by the absolutely fabulous views over the inlet and out to the ocean beyond. It actually took us a while to unload the cars because we all just stood in the garden and by the pool to take in the view! There were 15 in our group, a mixture of adults and teenagers and there was plenty of accommodation to suit everyone’s needs. The house itself has absolutely everything you could possibly require for a vacation with a group of this size. It was really refreshing for us all to be able to sit together at the huge dining table and have dinner together. The house is really well laid out and lends itself to a sociable relaxed vibe. If the teenagers weren’t in or by the pool, they were playing pool or hanging out in the den. For the adults there were quiet spots to read, walk and go for that early morning jog! One of the real highlights was the upper level roof terrace. At sunrise, sunset or anytime in between it really is an absolutely superb spot to just take in the view, relax and enjoy probably one of the best vistas of any home on the Cape. A truly great holiday destination.
