Everything is done on foot or by bike: local shops (including the Arago market), pine casino, zoo, thalasso, sailing school, tennis, etc.
Also enjoy nearby Puy du Fou (1 hour drive) and Ô Gliss Park (35 minutes by car).
You have 4 bedrooms (2 double beds and 4 single pull-out beds) and 3 bathrooms, including a master suite with dressing room and another bedroom with shower room.
The villa is ideally located, in 2nd row seafront, with direct access to the embankment of Les Sables d'Olonne. It has been completely renovated and benefits from all modern comforts (equipped kitchen, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, plancha, wifi access, TV, DVD).

Perfect Holiday!

Immaculate, beautifully designed property a stone’s throw from the beach. A perfect layout for our party (the teens had the downstairs rooms and we had the suite upstairs with a view of the Atlantic). Walking distance to a bakery which of course is vital for a holiday in France, and from the bars and food shacks on the beach.

Loved the pool

Nice location. Near beach. House well equipped. We arrived late due to ferry/journey, so property manager not available- fair enough - but Vrbo didn't send house number with address which caused a problem, then once in we found a dirty coffee cup in the sink, the fridge freezer had been turned off and absolutely stank, defrosted food in the freezer and water all over the floor so we were cleaning and mopping. Not a great start. Also BBQ didn't work, either no gas or ignition faulty.

Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable dans cette grande maison. Nous étions 6 adultes et 2 enfants de moins de 2 ans. La piscine est un vrai plus avec une eau à 29 °C. La mer est à moins de 100 m. La communication avec Mme Bodet s'est très bien passée et Sabrina qui est sur place a répondu à toutes nos questions avec une grande gentillesse. Très belle expérience que je conseille vivement.

We had such a great time here. The children spent the whole week in the pool. The house is really well appointed and is in a nice suburb of Les Sables D’Olonne. 5 mins walk to an excellent local beach. 10min walk to local bakery and shops. Arrival and departure were all super smooth. I’m sure we’ll come back.
