This 4 bedroom, 3.5 bath (ONE FULL BEDROOM AND BATHROOM ACCESSIBLE ONLY FROM THE OUTSIDE, BESIDE THE POOL), 2 living room, newly renovated home is just the place to get away in comfort and style. The second living room doubles as a bonus bedroom, when in need, with a convertible couch and privacy curtains. Panoramic ocean views from the balcony. Consistently good surf (not for beginners!) right out the front door and just 10 minutes to Jaco Beach for anyone who’s surfing skill set is not yet polished.

This house has it all! Private pool, outside shower, newly added tiki hut at the end of the pool, oceanfront balcony in the master bedroom with sweeping ocean views, and so much more. This house is fully equipped with 100% cotton sheets and towels, comfy pillow top beds & ample pillows in every room, custom teak kitchen with loads of cooking & baking gadgets for when you feel like getting creative. Endless hot water and excellent shower pressure in the all brand new bathrooms.

We are a kid friendly home and have a pack & play, video & 2 way voice baby monitor, and baby gate to keep your little ones safe from the stairs. There are toys and a giant bin of legos & coloring books and children's books for when you need some down time. A private long and deep swimming pool with a brand new tiki hut at the back end for lounging your days away.

There is also a large, beachfront, zero entry community pool with a shallow kids pool, beautiful bathrooms , WiFi, and swim up bar that serves amazing drinks and seriously fresh and delicious home made food most days (it’s still Costa Rica y’all!).

The expansive, stunning, black sand beach is private and only accessible to owners and guests of the Hermosa Palms community so you’ll never have to battle crowds or fight for a spot in the sand. This beach consistently has the BEST, most dramatic sunsets I’ve ever seen (and we’re from the Florida Keys)! And WAVES!!! This is a serious surfer’s beach with consistently large and heavy wave sets but still calm enough at times for the kids to play in the shore-break. Jaco beach is just a short drive (about 10 min) away and offers fantastic waves for beginners and surfers of all skill sets at different breaks along its massive beach.

Scarlett macaws, and many other birds and animals, are always in view or squawking by & hanging in the almond trees that speckle the neighborhood. Baby hatchling turtles regularly making their way into the ocean on the beach just out front & MORE & MORE GALORE!!!

NOTE TO GUESTS. THERE IS A THIRD STORY APARTMENT ABOVE THE HOME THAT IS NOT AVAILABLE FOR USE BY GUESTS. IT IS AN OWNER APARTMENT WITH ACCESS FROM THE OUTSIDE OF THE HOME. THERE WILL NEVER BE ANYONE USING THE POOL OR FACILITIES OF THE GENERAL HOME DURING YOUR STAY.
