Amazing Mediterranean Views: 3rd floor apartment with open balcony (sleeps 4)

This popular apartment is located on the third floor of the building and has magnificent views of the Mediterranean sea.

It is a spacious apartment with 2 double bedrooms. Quilts and pillows are provided for a maximum of 4 people. Bath towels and bed linen are not included in our prices but can be hired for an additional fee of 30 euros per person.

The living area is open plan with dining table, bed settee and a well equipped kitchen area with pans & cooking utensils, cutlery & crockery, small table-top oven, electric hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine.
The living area has double patio doors leading onto a good-sized open terrace area with BBQ and furniture for relaxing or dining outside.

The apartment has a shower room and separate WC room.

Parking - this apartment comes with its own private garage suitable for vehicles of normal height.
NB. taller vehicles and people carriers may not fit under the height restrictor but there is street parking immediately outside the building and a public car park just around the corner.

The apartment is located in the fishing village of Grau d'Agde and is ideal for those who love the beach during the day and a variety of good restaurants within walking distance for the evening.

Grau d'Agde is a family friendly mediterranean village located in one of the largest wine growing regions of France.
For those who enjoy exploring, the surrounding area has plenty of interesting and historic places to visit whatever your hobbies are:- wine tasting, oyster farms, watersports, canoeing, sight-seeing, walking and cycling.
The famous Millau bridge, Camargues and Medieval walled towns of Carcassone or Aigue Mortes are all within 60-75 minutes drive from here.
Bicycle hire is available locally from Grau d'Agde.

Travelling to this region is possible by rail, road or train - or why not combine your break with some time on a boat exploring the nearby Canal du Midi.
The nearest airports are Béziers, Montpellier, Nimes, Perpignan.
The closest rail station is Agde.

Prior to departure tenant must: wash dishes, strip beds, remove food & rubbish, sweep/hoover floors, wipe kitchen & bathroom units. Report breakages.
Bed linen, bath towels, dishcloth, tea towel can be hired for an additional fee of 15 euros per person. High chair and/or baby cot can also be hired.

Appartement confortable, propre et conforme à l'annonce. La vue offerte par la terrasse est un énorme atout. La situation est impeccable, nous pouvons tout réaliser à pieds. Gelungener Urlaub mit schöner Aussicht

Die Wohnung hat eine Top-Lage und Top-Aussicht. Die Inneneinrichtung ist in Ordnung, könnte aber Mal wieder modernisiert werden. Die Wohnung ist für französische Verhältnisse sehr groß, nur das Bad hat die typische Größe für Frankreich. Für den Hochsommer sollte man sich vor Augen halten, dass die Wohnung keine Klimaanlage hat. Mit genug lüften, wenn es abends angenehm wird, ist dies aber auch kein Problem.

L’appartement est grand et lumineux. Idéalement situé, il a l’avantage d’être près de la mer, mais aussi des commerces . Nous avons également été bien accueillis. A refaire sans hésitation !

Idealer Standort, direkt am Strand, für mit Kleinkinder anstrengend da im 3. Obergeschoss ohne Lift. Abschliessbare Garage. Küche gut ausgestattet. Da selber geputzt wird, trifft man je nach Vormieter eine saubere oder eben nicht Wohnung an. Vermieterin sehr freundlich und entgegenkommend, absolut unkompliziert und flexibel. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in unmittelbare nähe.

Beautiful Apartment Fantastic Location

Can't rate this whole holiday high enough. Beautiful apartment - more spacious than the photos suggest - loads of facilities set right opposite a gorgeous beach. The local town is a 2 minute walk away and has everything you need - we loved getting Fresh Bread from the boulangerie every morning! Service from the apartment managers has been flawless throughout friendly and helpful. Highly recommended.

Appartement bien agencé et position optimale : vue sur mer, terrasse permettant d'y prendre les repas + barbecue. 2 belles chambres avec espace de rangement. Petite salle de bain fonctionnelle. Cuisine donnant dans la pièce de vie (et où se trouvent deux canapés-lits). Au niveau des ustensiles, il nous a manqué une grande casserole (grande capacité). Plage juste en bas de l'appartement. Il y a des douches extérieures et toilettes à la sortie de la plage (pratique pour ne pas ramener trop de sable dans l'appartement). Vous êtes à proximité des restaurants et bars mais l'emplacement de l'appartement est au calme. Jet ski, pédalo, etc. à proximité également. Boulangeries, épiceries, etc. à 5 minutes à pied. Petit marché tous les jours sur la place. Bézier, Pézenas, Cap d'Agde, etc., faciles d'accès. Nous étions 5 personnes (dont un enfant) et avons passé de belles vacances dans cet endroit. Merci beaucoup.
