Très bon séjour !

Nathalie nous a accueillies, ma fille et moi, dans un appartement très sympa, refait à neuf. La petite terrasse en duplex (où l'on peut manger et se détendre) offre une vue imprenable sur la mer et la plage de la Grande Conque. L'appartement est bien équipé et la literie est super confortable. Nathalie est discrète et flexible sur l'arrivée/le départ et c'est vraiment un plus. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour et conservons les coordonnées de Nathalie et Frédéric pour un prochain séjour au Cap.

Un deux pièces avec une vue inoubliable

3ème étage sans ascenseur, mais une vue inoubliable sur la Conque, le plus récent des volcans français. Appartement fonctionnel. Pour améliorer ce séjour, vu les températures estivales une climatisation serait agréable. D'autre part, à l'étage du duplex, sur la terrasse, au lieu de l'équipement actuel peu pratique et prévu pour 2, une petite table et 4 chaises seraient bien venus.

propriété très bien située (en face de la mer), appartement bein entretenu dans la globalité, les propriétaires sont très sympathiques et tout s'est passé comme convenu, nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cet appartement !

Une situation idéale

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cet appartement . La terrasse bénéficie d'une vue imprenable sur la Grande Conque, la plage est à quelques minutes à pied.Le seul petit bémol est l'accès à l'appartement , 3 étages sans ascenseur et l'accès à la terrasse par un petit escalier. Mais on peut oublier cela grâce à la vue sur la mer.

L’appartement est très bien situé et offre une vue exceptionnelle. La résidence est très calme ce qui n'est pas toujours le cas au Cap d’Agde.

La vista sul mare è spettacolare! Le spiagge sono comode così come i negozi ed il porto, distanti pochi minuti a piedi. I locatari si sono dimostrati gentili e disponibili. L'alloggio è pulito e confortevole.

Nous avons passé 2 excellentes semaines dans cet appartement vraiment bien situé et bien équipé. Nous avons surtout apprécié le duplex avec terrasse et vue magnifique sur la mer. tout proche des plages et des commerces. La propriétaire est très sympa et très à l'écoute ; nous y retournerons avec plaisir.

Superbe appartement par son emplacement face à la mer au calme et très proche du centre.Pour notre quatrième séjour au Cap D'Agde,c'était cette location que nous préférons et que je relouerai si je reviens encore au Cap :-)Propriétaire très correcte et sympathique. Vacances de juin super dans le sud de la france.

Voilà 6 ans depuis 2008 que nous allons 3 semaines au mois de juin chez Nathalie et frederic Negrou, des propriétaires très sympathiques. Nous profitons d'un superbe duplex avec une vue panoramique magnifique sur la mer, la falaise volcaïque de la grande Conque avec vue sur le môle et sur les 2 rochers à l'avant port. Nous y retournerons chaque année car nous apprécions très bien.

Séjour cela dit agréable

Appartement lumineux, calme . Nous avons voulu faire l'experience de passer quelques jours au mois de Décembre a la mer et seul hic, nous avons trouvé l'appartement froid a notre arrivée ... Malgré cet incident, très bon séjour mais l'appartement n'est pas fait pour être loué l'hiver ! Cela dit, propre, lumineux, bien agencé, vaisselle récente, vue magnifique...
