Really lovely house, pool and garden

Lovely house. Well equipped and comfortable. Plenty of space. Great heated pool and lovely garden. Great place to stay for a get away that isn’t too far from Calais or Paris.

This was a beautifully improved farm house with private garden and pool. Perfect for a relaxing stay

We were delighted to be welcomed by the owners and shown round a home which has been a labour of love for nearly 20 years. The modernisation and redesign of the house has been done to an exceptional standard making for a unique mix of farm house and modern open plan living. The house sits in private grounds with many carefully constructed terraces, pleasant views and open spaces. The pool house and pool are recently added and of the highest quality. We enjoyed using the pool every day. The living space was perfect for our family of six with room for all to relax together, eat together and share the home. The kitchen is practical and gives a clear view of the pool. The deck was a great place to spend the evening on warmer nights. Bedrooms were well proportioned with the upstairs rooms having two sets of windows each. In the basement the cool sophisticated rooms were ideal for the very hot temperatures we hit in August. We would recommend the house to families and would return. There are supermarkets nearby but the village is unspoilt and peaceful. We enjoyed trips to nearby villages and a longer trip to Fontainebleau Chateau.
