This bright and charming 1930's "Old Florida" bungalow is located perfectly - right between Siesta Key and Lido Beach. You can walk or bike to Southside Village restaurants and shops, Selby Garden, Sarasota Memorial, downtown, Arlington Park/Pool and the Bayfront.

There are many places to walk your furry friends - Arlington Park, Bird Key Park, and the Ringling Bridge are the favorites.

This home is two separate places with their own entrances and shared laundry room.

Property had no hangers and missing cross bars to put hangers on. Most outside lights did not work. Only 2 dinner plates and minimal spoons and forks. Owner promised hangers, but they never came. Terrible smell in unit. Not a nice memory..
