About this property

Charming Charentaise house renovated into two adjoining gîtes for 4 and 6 people with the possibility of renting both simultaneously to take advantage of 10 places.
10 minutes from the sea (Port des Barques), take advantage of this place in the countryside, quiet in a dead end.

Open all year round, you can take advantage of this cottage for holidays as well as for spa treatments. Possibility of longer rental during internships or training, except "High Season".
These cottages have the necessary comfort as well as a shared enclosed garden and terraces separated by shrubs. They are located 2 km from the shops.

On the Charentais coast, you are half an hour from La Rochelle, the island of Oléron (Fort Boyard), Royan and Saintes, in the heart of many tourist destinations.
The Thermes de Rochefort, Hermione's home port, and the gendarmerie school are 10-15 minutes away.

The rates :
Cottage 4 places 70m2: from 300 to 550 euros / week

High season => July / August. Weekly rental only

For spa guests: rentals of 3 weeks => you will benefit from a 25% reduction on your stay, excluding "high season".

30% deposit on booking

Arrivals: from 5 p.m.
Departures: before 10 a.m.

The keys will be handed over by the owners on site.
