Adorable and magically comfortable Seaside beach cottage. Living room has Twin sleeper sofa and sitting chairs, cable TV/DVD/VCR player. Small game table available, and books for your reading pleasure. Deck in back with table and chairs, Charcoal BBQ, sunporch with beach toys in wicker bench. 2 Queen bedrooms and 2 completely remodeled bathrooms, one with skylight! The back porch has been expanded to a dining area with a sitting area as well and a brand new Kitchen. You will find the other Twin sleeper here. The back deck has outdoor furniture and privacy fence (not fully enclosed). Quiet north Seaside with charming, peaceful, magical enjoyment. Free Wifi included.  Fireplace is not permitted for use. No smoking or pets please. Parking is limited to 2 vehicles.

Love the separate bathrooms. The beds could be a little more comfy and the “do the house laundry” shouldn’t be something that the guest(s) should need to worry about. That said, it was a very pleasant vibe and community. Thank you. We would stay again but maybe rent one of your beachfront properties. Thank you from Kansas!

Cute house in a great location. The home had some nice shared areas to be together or just relax alone. Loved that it had two bathrooms. Would love to return when the weather is warm and use all the fun beach supplies.

We really enjoyed our stay here. Was it perfect? No—but we knew that going in, and for the price, it was an excellent value.The house was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a beach trip. The location was one of the biggest highlights. It was just a short walk to the beach and very close to a great crabbing spot, which made it perfect for our family.Like many affordable beach rentals, there were a few minor quirks and signs of wear, but nothing that took away from our trip. If you’re expecting a high-end luxury home, this probably isn’t it. If you’re looking for a reasonably priced place in a great location where you can enjoy the beach without spending a fortune, it’s hard to beat.Overall, the listing matched our expectations, we had a great time, and we would absolutely stay here again.

We enjoyed staying at this lovely warm and cozy house. It only took a short walk to the beautiful beach at Seaside. The kitchen is well stocked.

Me and my wife really enjoyed our stay, it was clean and had everything we needed. Location was great, short walk to beach and 1 min drive to route 101. Maybe I’m getting old but the showers had really good hot water, definitely a plus.

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our time at this home! The location was perfect — just a short walk to the beach, which made daily trips super easy. The house was clean, comfortable, and well-stocked with all the supplies we needed during our stay. We appreciated the thoughtful touches that made it feel like a home away from home.The only minor issue was a loose board on the back porch, which could be a tripping hazard, but otherwise everything was great. We'd happily stay here again and recommend it to others looking for a relaxing beach getaway!

Place was very clean. 2bed 2 bath. Super cute home. Very homey feeling. Would stay again here if its just me and a friend or 2. Very easy to get ahold of owners and they were very nice when my friends car had a flat and came over to try and help!! Super awesome people!! Very close to beach access as well

Cute and Cosy

We loved this little cabin by the Ocean. It's a great location close to downtown Seaside and just a short walk to the shore. Plenty of room for our party of 4 adults. Kitchen is well appointed and really nicely updated. The beds are a bit soft for our tastes and they could use more pillows (only two small per bed). The screen door was hard to close and should be lockable. Overall, the home is very clean and comfortable. We would book it again in a heartbeat.
