OCEANFRONT – Lovely condominium on the 4th floor, with expansive ocean views! Balcony overlooking the famous Promenade and with just steps to the beach path, this condominium is perfect for a beach getaway. Restaurants and shopping are 2 short blocks north, and of course the beach; just steps straight ahead. Bedroom has King bed cable TV/DVD and master bathroom has a tub/shower combo. Second bathroom is common to the hall. Living room has Queen Murphy bed and Queen hide-a-bed sofa, TV and DVD. Kitchen is fully appointed and includes dishwasher. Outdoor furniture for your enjoyment on the balcony to watch the beautiful sunsets. Washer and dryer on site available for guest use on the ground floor. Parking for 2 vehicles. Walking distance to just about anywhere in town. No pets. NOTE: THIS IS A NO SMOKING PROPERTY. YOU MAY NOT SMOKE IN THE ROOMS, ON BALCONIES, COMMON AREAS OR PATIOS.

Location was fantastic, close enough to the prom, but far enough to be away from the crowds. View was unbeatable. Lots of space; kitchen is great and having two bathrooms is a game changer.

Great ocean view from kitchen & living room but especially enjoyable from the covered balcony. Fully equipped kitchen. Comfortable bed. Fun walking the Promenade & people watching. Close to everything but still quiet "off season". Really appreciated the baggage carriers & the elevator. We had a great stay.

Perfect location and the building is quiet overall. As others have noted the unit is dated but it’s quite spacious and pots and pans were in great shape and any size you could need. The toaster didn’t consistently work and neither did half the stove burners. The bedroom bathroom floor really could use replacing. Despite a few hiccups would stay here again purely for the location and space for our family. Kids loved the Murphy bed and the closet of books and games.

The room has the best ocean view ever! We love the patio and the view is great from inside too. The whole unit is very spacious. It was also very clean. It could use a little updating but it’s a great place.

Absolutely great location! The condo faces the beach with clear ocean views thanks to its location on the 4th floor. (Stairs and elevator available). The entire back of the condo is glass with a sliding door to the balcony. Sit outside and sip your coffee while watching waves and people passing by on the Prom. You are literally steps from the beach. The condo is clean and clutter free. WiFi was not strong so had to rely on cellular. A few extra amenities such as coffee pods or a few tea bags would be helpful.

The location to the beach, promenade, and shops and restaurants was perfect. Every thing in short walking distance. The condo was comfortable and fully accommodating and exceptionally clean upon arrival. I would 100% recommend this rental and look forward to staying there again in the future.

We had a very enjoyable time staying here. The condo was very clean and comfortable. We had an awesome view of the beach and it’s just a two minute walk to the beach. It’s also a short walk to shopping and restaurants. We’d definitely stay there again!

Great experience!

We had a great stay at this property. It was located within walking distance to restaurants and activities. The condo was clean and had everything we needed. I would highly recommend if you heading to Seaside.
