This gorgeous 4 bedroom/ 3 ½ bath home, sleeps 10 comfortably.

Take the elevator to the first floor where you enter a cheery foyer/sitting area with sleeper sofa for an extra bed if needed. This spot is great for family fun and games, with a ping-pong table that converts to a pool table and a dart board, offering hours of fun while enjoying the wonderful ocean views from the floor to ceiling windows and sliding door for deck access. 

A bunk room with four cozy built-in beds is to the right. A newly renovated shared Jack-and-Jill bathroom with a spacious shower joins an ocean front queen bedroom with access to the deck.

To the left of the foyer is a large ocean front bedroom with two twin beds and a newly renovated private bath with a tub/shower. This room also has deck access.

Take the stairs or elevator to the top level and enter a bright and airy open kitchen/living/dining area with floor to ceiling windows overlooking the beach. The space offers nicely appointed, comfortable lounging options for the entire family with views of the ocean and a large screen television. A well-equipped kitchen and expandable family dining table makes it easy to dine in or order out.  Head to the covered deck with your favorite beverage and watch the waves wash onto the sandy beach below.

To the left of the stairs, you will pass a half bath and enter a king suite with a private full bath and sliding doors for deck access.

The bottom level offers an outdoor shower with hot water, a garage for one car and plenty of driveway parking. (Limit of 4 cars).

Pelican’s Reach is the perfect place for family and friends to spread out and soak up life at the beach!  Located in one of Topsail Island's premier neighborhoods, the Village of Stump Sound is an ocean front community featuring a private community pool and tennis courts.

Other things to note:

 

Rates Include: Rent, Property Protection Fee, and Booking Fee. Absolutely no events such as but not limited to: weddings, sororities, fraternities, bachelor or bachelorette parties. NO Smoking.

This home is pet friendly. The Pet Fee is $300.00 per pet and non-refundable this fee is not included in the rental rates.  Please contact our office to have the pet fee added. ONLY 2 DOGS ALLOWED. 
 
**Paper towels and toilet tissue, trash bags, soaps, detergents, minimal cleaning supplies, beach towels, and any specialty items are NOT provided and would need to be brought with you or bought once you arrive on the island.

Enhanced Cleaning: We follow CDC cleaning guidelines and ensure all high touched areas have been wiped down with disinfectant spray.

Guest Access: Keyless Entry. Our properties are individually owned, and our guests will have use of the entire property!

Summer Check-ins Topsail Beach - Check- Ins may go directly to their property after 4:00 PM

Off Season Check-ins: Topsail Beach - Check- Ins may go directly to their property after 3:00 PM

Check Out: Is 10:00 AM. We adhere to this policy so please do not arrive early or plan to delay your departure.
