This unit is completely updated and modern including a new bedroom set (not shown)! A large screen TV with another in the bedroom, plus a GORGEOUS view from the 20' private balcony overlooking the Bay! Watch dolphins every morning while sipping your coffee, or while enjoying a glass of wine in the evening!

This condo in St. Petersburg is in a great location close to all amenities with many restaurants nearby, including Doc Ford's next door, and shopping nearby. Lots to do; and a 6 minute drive to Madeira Beach! Close to fishing including deep sea.

1-bedroom, condo sleeps 4 (King size bed plus a pull-out couch).

Great Location

Great location to access beaches and downtown St Pete. Beautiful clean unit, perfect for a couple. The resort grounds and the beach towns will need time to recover from the recent hurricane damage.

Great view and proximity to St Pete beaches

Really enjoyed our stay. Waking up to the long views of the bay was great. You’re also 10 minutes from some beautiful beaches. All in all we had a lovely stay. Our host was great - very responsive and on top of things. Would definitely stay there again.

This property is amazing. Very clean, and the view speaks for itself. This is my second time staying here, and it was just as good as the first. Amazing sunsets, then of course who doesn’t love watching the dolphins swimming and playing throughout the day. Definitely recommend and will definitely be enjoying more staycations at Diane’s condo.

This condo was exactly as described and in a great location. Building was very quiet, plenty of parking and near lots of stores and restaurants and only about 10 minutes to beach. Property manager was very responsive.

My best friend & I chose Diane place for our bestie vacation. It did not disappoint, we saw Dolphins every day , we also saw a couple of Manatees on our last morning there. It was clean, having the balcony was awesome! We were close to everything!! We are definitely going back!!

Amazing stay!

This trip to Boca Ciega was one of the best choices we made for our short getaway. Well equipped and maintained. Host Diane was fast to respond with any questions we had. Unit is in a perfect location with breathtaking views, right near pool and saw dolphins! All in all very clean and quiet! Can’t wait to go back and have our entire family stay at this location.

Winter Getaway

Loved sitting on the balcony soaking up the sun and watching the gorgeous sunsets. Saw dolphins almost every day! Enjoyed the heated pool and jacuzzi. Property is close to everything you need. A great location!

Why they chose this property

We love this property because everything is at your fingertips and the view is spectacular!!! It's larger than a hotel with a living area, a kitchen and dining area, plus a separate bedroom and bathroom. The 20 ft. balcony has a breath-taking view of the pool and the Bay, and is only a 5 minute drive to Madeira Beach. It's also close to many restaurants, bars, Walmart, Starbucks, Home Depot, and so much more!!
