Photos trompeuses
Propriétaires charmants et discret mais la location "rez de jardin " est en fait un garage ( ou cave) aménagé . Couloir chambre et salle de bains sans fenêtres ! Sombre et sale! Poussières datant d'un moment ! Douche minuscule et moisie avec pare douche " branlant" Bruit de la pompe des toilettes par intermittences la nuit et le jour... les insomnies sont donc à prévoir. Pas d'aspirateur pas de fer a repasser ni couteau qui coupe pas de.... tellement d'autres choses ! La piscine mériterait ( comme toute la location) d'un sérieux nettoyage ! Le pompon: cafards découvert le dernier soir!!! Désolés pour les propriétaires mais le prix n'excuse pas cela!

non conforme aux prestations offertes
Appartement en RDJ dans villa se résume à une location dans garage, fermée uniquement par porte coulissante avec autre partie du local propriétaire), très sombre et sans aération dans chambre et salle de bains (celle-ci minuscule et sale). - Il s'avère que cette location servait pour appartement d'étudiant, dont le ménage n'a certainement pas été vérifié avant mise en location. Beaucoup de poussières datant d'un certain temps. - Concernant la piscine (prestation très prisée d'après annonce) elle mériterait fortement un nettoyage et un entretien. Seule la pagode (figurant d'ailleurs sur page d'annonce) est un atout intéressant. A noter qu'un congélateur (à l'usage des propriétaires) se trouve dans location !!! - Vaisselle très insuffisante. Heureusement nous avons eu le soleil.

Séjour magique !!!
Propriétaires très attentionnés et discrets. Logement très bien équipé. Literie confortable. Jardin clôturé, idéal avec animaux. Lac d'Annecy et commerces à proximité. Séjour excellent. Nous reviendrons sans conteste. Merci beaucoup à Huguette et Alain pour leur gentillesse.
