Very bright. Very calm joint ownership at the bottom of a dead end. 3rd floor with elevator.
LARGE BALCONY facing south with magnificent views of the mountains and the Basilica of the Visitation.
Capacity: 4 people (1 double bed and a BZ in the living room)
Neighborhood: Loverchy / Pont Neuf
Location: 1/4 hour walk from the Old Town.
Bus stop and shops 200 m.

PARKING for free co-ownership.

TV in the living room.

- Kitchen: electric stove (4 ceramic hobs + oven), coffee maker, kettle, toaster, microwave, fridge with freezer, washing machine + dishes and utensils.
- Living room: Table with 4 chairs + BZ convertible sofa (bed 140 x 190, pillows + blankets) + 2 nesting tables + TV
- Bedroom: a double bed 140x190 (NEW MATTRESS with 5 comfort zones, pillows + duvet), 2 night tables with bedside lamps, a wardrobe with wardrobe.
- Bathroom: shower, sink with storage unit, hair dryer.

Easy access to all parts of Annecy

We stayed here for five weeks while doing French classes in town. The apartment is in a quiet building with friendly neighbors and accessing the old town is just a short walk along the river. We loved sitting on the balcony enjoying the sunshine. We’d love to return!

This apartment was a great location. Helene was easy to communicate with. The apartment was clean. It would be nice to have some screens on the windows so mosquitoes couldn’t get in. Other than that it was perfect!

We thoroughly enjoyed our one month stay in Annecy. A city located on a beautiful lake with mountains, cities, towns and villages to visit including several in Switzerland. The apartment is compact with a pleasant view and well equipped for 2 with parking. It is an easy 20 minute walk to the old town and the Friday/Sunday markets or optional supermarkets are close by. We prefer to make our own meals and find scenic spots to enjoy picnic lunches Helene is an excellent host and quickly resolved an electrical issue a few days after we arrived. We highly recommend her property and encourage visitors to explore this beautiful region in France.

Très bon séjour dans cette belle région aux multiples facettes. Très bon accueil de notre hôte. L'appartement est bien situé à 15 mn à pied du centre d'Annecy par un chemin piétonnier. La résidence est très calme et la place de parking est un vrai luxe. L'appartement est fonctionnel et mériterait un petit rafraichissement (literie un peu sommaire ).

Semaine à Annecy

Appartement 2 pièces, idéal pour 2 personnes, dans résidence calme avec parking (très important au mois d'août où le stationnement est compliqué à Annecy et payant), fonctionnel et propre. Belle exposition et petit balcon avec table et chaises. Un chemin longeant le Thiou conduit directement à la vieille ville en moins de 15 mn à pied. Commerces proches. La propriétaire est très sympathique et disponible. Nous avons été ravis de notre séjour et des diverses activités possibles autour et dans Annecy (même si énormément de monde au mois d'août) : randonnées avec vues magnifiques, parapente, piste cyclable autour du lac, visites, plage... et bien sûr, excellentes spécialités savoyardes à base de fromage et charcuterie, mais aussi, pour les amateurs, de poissons du lac (ne pas hésiter à pousser jusqu'à St Jorioz pour déguster du poisson péché par l'un des derniers pêcheurs du lac, à l'Auberge les Tilleuls). Mention spéciale pour les glaces du "glacier des Alpes" dans la vieille ville. Merci à Hélène pour son accueil et ses précieux conseils.

L'appartement est vraiment très bien situé: pour sortir d'Annecy en voiture ou pour rester dans Annecy à pieds! Un trajet très agréable, en suivant la rivière permet de rejoindre le centre historique en 15 minutes (demandez, Hélène se fera un plaisir de vous expliquer ça). Il y a un VRAI parking privé. Tout ça fait que cet appartement est vraiment idéal pour séjourner à Annecy. De plus, Hélène est vraiment très sympa, ce qui ne gâche rien. Nous recommandons vivement !

Bonne communication avec la propriétaire bien agréable. Dommage que seule la douche soit disponible et pas le bain. Le frigo devrait être changé ainsi que le châssis de la porte fenêtre, ce qui donnera un coup de neuf à cet appartement. Beau parking, Intermarché à 5min à pieds.

Appréciation location Annecy

Accueil très chaleureux et grande disponibilité de la propriétaire. Très bon rapport qualité/prix. La vieille ville d'Annecy, à mon fils et à moi, nous a beaucoup plu d'autant qu'elle est proche de la location tout en nous permettant de la rejoindre par une belle ballade le long du Thiou.

une belle surprise

Malgré la situation de confinement j'ai vécue une expérience agréable .En effet l'appartement idéalement situé me permettait de faire des courses dans un rayon de quinze minutes à pied et de jolies petites balades le long du Thiou. Avant le confinement j'ai surtout pratiqué le ski et les randonnées en raquettes l'environnement est propice. Hélène généreuse, disponible,accueillante se plie en quatre pour vous donner les renseignements afin d' optimiser au maximum votre séjour.je recommande cette location à mes amis ,aux amoureux de la montagne et pour l'été s'ajoutent les joies des sports nautiques ; le lac d 'Annecy étant tout proche.

Appartement bien situé et calme. 10 mn à pied de la vieille ville. Bon accueil de la propriétaire et qui n est pas avare pour donner des infos pour visiter la région. A recommander sans hésitation.
