Very good condition, quality environment in a house from 2009
with separate entrance, beautiful room with kitchenette, bathroom
and bed of 140 closet, a large microwave table electric hob, kettle coffee maker kitchen utensils,
hair dryer television and internet, sheets and towels are provided, washing machine available on request with supplement. The beach and the lakeside are 2,5Km from the center of Annecy and the Vieille Vile 3Km, a free parking space in the courtyard of the house, the BUS lines are accessible 300 meters away, the studio is non-smoking animals are not allowed for any other clarification please contact us.

Absolutely loved my Hosts- Licinia, Manuel & Liliane. They helped me navigate bus lines, bus passes & shopping. Nice Neighborhood, easy bus lines, walkable to downtown in an hour, near the University, vibrant town, parks nearby, lovely hike nearby-Mont Vreyier. I did many meals in the appartment. It is small but comfy & safe, quiet. Great for one or two people.

Merveilleux séjour à Annecy

Nous avons passé un séjour de rêve à Annecy, dans ce studio parfaitement agencé et équipé, et d’une propreté impeccable. Sa localisation dans le quartier d’Annecy-le-vieux permet de retrouver un peu de calme après une journée bien animée en centre ville. Il est très facile de se rendre au centre en voiture, ou même en transports en commun : - en bus (arrêt Campus à 10min à pied) - ou en vélo (station Vélonecy en face de la bibliothèque universitaire). Et par dessus tout, Bahia et Manuel vous réserveront un accueil chaleureux, entre conseils sur les différentes activités annéciennes et petites attentions. Nous ne pouvons que recommander !

Respect des termes de l'annonce.

Pour un couple et un séjour de plusieurs jours, le frigo est un peu petit. Il serait plus pratique que le micron onde proposé puisse également faire grill si séjour supérieur à 4 jours par exemple. Sinon tout était Ok. Merci encore de l'accueil des propriétaires.
