The house I offer you is located in a very quiet area on the heights of Draguignan, 20 minutes walk from the city center.
It has 2 levels on one level: the upper floor corresponds to that of the parking lot, it consists of a parents room with bathroom and 2 children's rooms with bunk beds, a bathroom for children, 2 WCs, a kitchen and large living room which open onto a large south-facing terrace.
The lower floor corresponds to that of the swimming pool, it consists of a bedroom with double bed and a studio with 2 single beds, a shower-wc and a kitchen, the studio overlooking the pool-house and the large terrace with pool of 5mx10m plus staircase. The swimming pool is secured by an approved alarm and a 70cm barrier without gate (spanned by those who are old enough to swim).
An additional WC and shower overlook the pool terrace.
The two levels described are connected by an internal staircase and an external staircase.
You have a ping pong table with balls and rackets.
We offer rental from Sunday to Sunday.
