The open-concept design allows for seamless flow between the living, dining, and kitchen areas, creating a welcoming atmosphere for socializing and entertaining. The living area has an amazing 65 inch smart tv, dvd player, and board/card games for the entire family to enjoy.

The fully equipped kitchen features solid wood cabinets, modern appliances, granite countertops, and ample storage space, making it a breeze to whip up delicious meals. Enjoy your culinary creations at the dining table or take them outside to the private balcony, where you can savor your meal while overlooking the shimmering waters of the Gulf.

A very large laundry room is found off the kitchen with a full-size washer and dryer which also houses a beach cart with beach chairs. The room also boasts umbrellas, sand toys, beach toys, squirt guns, boogie boards, masks/snorkels/fins for adults and children and more for your personal use during your stay.

For the very little ones this one-of-a-kind unit amenities also has a pack-in-play, play pad, baby bath, high chair and more for your personal use during your stay.

After a day of sun-soaked adventures, retire to one of the comfortable bedrooms. The master suite boasts a plush king-sized bed, a 55 inch smart tv, an en-suite bathroom with a tub/shower combo, and direct access to the balcony. The additional bedroom offers another cozy haven with its own plush king-sized bed and 55 inch smart tv. For even more space to accommodate guests, there is also a bunk room that features a twin over full bunk bed with a smaller smart tv.

CLEAN BED GUARANTEE
All beds are dressed in fresh, luxurious sheets AND fresh bedding/quilts/comforters before EVERY rental! You are guaranteed to have a completely fresh and clean bed!!! You will also find each bathroom stocked with oversized fresh bath towels, hand towels, wash cloths, and bathmats straight from our laundry office! We started this in 2018 when we took our cleaning in house and created our housekeeping division. We have complete control over our property cleaning and maintenance.

WHAT WE STOCK
As common for vacation rentals in our area, we provide one round of bath soaps, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, and toilet paper in the bathrooms. In the kitchen you will find one round of paper towels laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, dish soap, and trash bags. These stocked amenities are intended to get you through the first night. We are not set up at each property like a hotel, so we do not provide daily housekeeping or amenity restocking. Please bring the extra items you will need for your vacation.
