San Carlos 1201, located at 365 East Beach Blvd, is the perfect beach vacation spot you've been searching for! Spend your time in this beautiful property, complete with zero-entry pool, exercise room with windows facing the Gulf, and relaxing sauna. Walk less than half a mile on the beach, and you arrive at the Hangout restaurant and local shops and attractions!

This lovely three bedroom unit features a fully-equipped kitchen with beautiful granite countertops and a wet bar. With two en suites, the first master suite, which has access to the beach front, corner balcony, has a king size bed and walk in shower – and garden tub. The second en suite has a queen bed. The guest bedroom has two full beds, access to a third bathroom, and a window overlooking Gulf State Park.

Relaxing place on the Water

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Beautiful place on the water, lots of space, and great location! The 3BR, 3 Bath was perfect for our family. The balcony is extra large which was wonderful.Suggestions- one bedroom ceiling fan needs attention, kitchen needs large frying pan. It would be nice to have extra toilet paper, laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent and some Lysol wipes.

This condo was so clean! It had everything we needed for 2 couples 3 children and a grandma. Everything was really nice including: beds, bathrooms, furniture, outdoor furniture and the kitchen. People were great security staff was great and the property management. 5 star condo
