Welcome to "The Salty Dog", Hampton Beach's newest pet-friendly rental just 0.3 miles to the beach (7 minute walk). Single-level newly renovated home - with beautiful private fenced in yard, lawn games, picnic table & gas grill, off-street parking for 4 cars, sun-filled front porch with swing seat, fully stocked kitchen, central AC & heat via mini-split system & 2 bedrooms sleeping up to 5 people.

The Space:
This home offers a private fenced in yard perfect for relaxing, lawn games, BBQing on our gas grill, eating and drinking, fully-equipped open concept kitchen and living room, off-street parking for up to 4 cars, 2-bedrooms, 1 full bathroom with stand-up shower, laundry, and comfortably sleeps 5 people in 1 queen bed, 1 twin-over-twin bunk bed, and 1 twin bed.

Property Features - 600 square feet, high-speed internet, smart TV in living room and master bedroom (ability to log into your streaming services), central AC/heat via newly installed energy-efficient mini-split system, fully equipped kitchen with all major appliances (except dishwasher), Keurig coffee maker, 1 queen bed, 1 twin-over-twin bunk bed, and 1 full bed, 1 bathroom with stand up shower, clean linens and bath towels are provided for all guests, stackable washer/dryer unit in kitchen, dedicated work-from-home area on kitchen table and three-seasons porch with swing seat.

Cleaning - Our cleaners are taking extra care to disinfect frequently touched surfaces between reservations (doorknobs, surfaces, light switches, remote controls, tables, fan and lamp chains, thermostats etc).

Important: Beach chairs and beach towels are not provided. No smoking, vaping or drugs allowed. No events, parties or large gatherings. Must be at least 25 years old to book. We have a Ring Doorbell Camera on the exterior of our property facing the outside of our entrance. This is not monitored but does record. We also have a Minut noise monitor system located inside the property in the kitchen/living room. This is a smart home device that measures volume levels throughout the property, it does not record sound, but allows us to respond to noise nuisances in a timely manner to ensure all neighbors are being respected. Minute is 100% privacy compliant and is required on this property. These are to keep all guests safe and to keep the property secure. Thanks for understanding!

Hampton is perfectly located for a day trip to Boston, Portland, ME and the White Mountains
