This new upscale condo with beautiful ocean views and private balcony has easy access from major roadways to the off street gated parking (1 vehicle), no need to drive the busy boulevard.
View spectacular sunrises and local fireworks display from your private balcony. Located on the quiet end of boardwalk with restaurants and entertainment within walking distance. There is a view of the sea shell stage which is a 4 minute walk. Directly across the one way street to the beach, this second floor unit is a one bedroom with a queen bed and a true queen size platform sleeper sofa with memory foam mattress as used in Disney World Resorts. Kitchen includes granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, Keurig coffee maker, toaster, nutri-bullet, air fryer, dishwasher and is fully equipped with dishes, pots, pans, etc.
There is a 55" 4K Samsung TV in the living room with Blu-ray/DVD player, 2.1 channel sound bar, Cable and Wifi. Play your own music through the blue tooth enabled sound bar, or connect with a 3.5mm cable. There is a full size washer and dryer in the unit for your convenience.
All linens and towels are provided. The unit is easily accessible by secure, coded elevator.

We have always wanted an ocean getaway and it now brings us pleasure to own a condo right on the beach, that we can share our experience with others. We love the family oriented atmosphere at Hampton beach and all of the activities and festivities that they offer, the long walks along the water and riding our bicycles along the scenic shore.
