Perfect Phoenix Experience

Rich and Lina are wonderful hosts. The condo is equipped with top of the line furnishings, and well stocked with all the necessities. Beautiful relaxing views from the balcony were enjoyable. Lina provided a guided tour of the complex when we first arrived, and answered all of our questions. Centrally located for museums, restaurants, downtown, and shopping. Everything you need in a safe secure environment.

What makes this property unique

There is a coffee shop and a restaurant in front of the condo building.y new restaurants have opened in the Roosevelt neighborhood. A half block off the light rail makes it easy to get to City Center, concerts, baseball and basket ball games.
