Welcome to our contemporary and welcoming villa, designed for families and nature lovers.
Nestled in a peaceful residential area and bordering the protected Natura 2000 forest, it invites you to relax on its wooden terrace and enjoy the heated pool (6 x 2 m, from mid-May to mid-September).

-Master suite upstairs with forest view: private bathroom (shower + corner bathtub), walk-in closet, and separate toilet.
-Two bedrooms on the ground floor with 160 cm and 140 cm beds, sharing a bathroom with a bathtub.

🌞 Outdoor Area
-Dining and lounge area, electric plancha, and several sun loungers — the perfect spot to enjoy the sun or summer evenings.

🚗 Parking
Private driveway parking for 2 to 3 vehicles, secured with a gate.

🐾 Pets
We are happy to welcome pets upon prior request at the time of booking.
A supplement of €50 per pet per week applies.
We kindly ask pet owners to ensure that their animals:
-Do not climb on sofas, beds, or furniture
-Do not cause any damage to the property or outdoor areas
-All waste is collected before departure
-In case of non-compliance or damages, part of the deposit may be retained to cover cleaning or repair costs.

💳 Security Deposit
A €1,500 security deposit is required for the rental. Managed securely online via Swikly, it must be completed before arrival.
The amount is neither blocked nor debited and does not affect your card limit.
Within 7 days after your departure, and provided the villa is left in perfect condition, the authorization is automatically released.
