Located in the heart of the Mercantour National Park in the heart of the village of Saint Dalmas Valdeblore this duplex apartment on the 1st and 2nd floor of a village house dating from the 19th century has been completely renovated.

It consists, on the 1st floor of a fitted and fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, dishwasher, 4-burner gas hob, dolce gusto espresso, coffee maker, toaster, kettle ....) open to a dining room , an independent living room with a sofa bed in 140, a TV and wifi and a toilet type sanibroyeur complete the package.
on the 2nd floor there is a bedroom with 1 bed in 140, a bedroom with 2 bunk beds in 90 and a convertible BZ in 140 and a bathroom with shower, washing machine and WC opening onto a balcony.

The tenants arrive in a heated heated accommodation and the price includes the supply of a bag of granules per night. Any additional bag is charged 6 euros.

Très bon séjour chez Anne Marie dans ensemble, je recommande le logement, allez y sans hésitation, si vous voulez vous ressourcer dans les paysages sublimes du Mercantour.

A lovely modern apartment in a lovely old French house

Like we say on the title - plus in a lovely quiet mountain village. All was extremely good with one small but irritating exception. We had the apartment for two weeks, just the two of us and we kept it in pretty much the condition that we found it, which was good and clean. On our last day the owners 'man' came around to check that all was in order. This was OK as we had to give a 500 Euro deposit against any damages etc. He was rather gruff and having checked around said that the level of cleanliness was less than acceptable, indicating some minor scraps of paper etc on the floor. We offered to clean it up. He stood over us whilst we hoovered the floors of the property! We thought this totally unnecessary as doubtless 'someone' would be coming in to change the bedding etc. Apart from this one fly in the ointment everything else was first class.

Appartement fonctionnel au coeur d'un vieux village de montagne

Appartement fonctionnel, très bien équipé, parfait pour 5 ou 6 personnes. Idéalement situé au coeur du vieux village de St-Dalmas, très calme à cette période de l'année (week-end de l'Ascension). Bonne communication avec la propriétaire et très bon accueil sur place.

Séjour génial avec un paysage superbe et des activités diverses et variés en quelques kilomètre alentour ! Accueil fort sympathique à l'appartement, qui est très bien refait, fonctionnel et agréable même avec une grande famille comme la nôtre. On y retournera avec plaisir.

On a adoré

On a passé un excellent séjour même la météo qui était sensée être mauvaise nous a fait une jolie surprise !! Tyroliennes, luge d été, accrobranche, balades, pétanque (il y a deux beaux terrains dans le village). Nous avons eu un excellent accueil des propriétaires de notre appartement, nous avons même eu droit au goûter de bienvenu. L' appartement est très bien agencé, très propre, confortable et lumineux. Il est à 5minutes de la station de La Colmiane. A 20 minutes du parc Alpha. Vous avez tous dans le village : supérette (avec un distributeur de billets), boulangerie, tabac... On y reviendra c 'est sûr. Je recommande !
