Maisonette of 40 m2 completely renovated in the pinewood of the rouet beach 250m from the main beach of carry le rouet.
2 bedrooms, (2 double beds + possibility of extra bed). 2 bathrooms (one in each bedroom) separate toilet.
2 terraces of 25 m2. Barbecue, pizza oven, and pétanque balls are at your disposal.
there is also a secure place to park your vehicle.
From June residents or tenants will have private access by remote control to access the accommodation.

Loved this little place - great for walking my dogs early and late evening. Fairly basic but everything I needed (apart from a wooden spoon!). Really peaceful, close to the beach. Great for small close family gatherings. My daughter loved it too,

Enjoyable stay

Fine for 2 people. One toilet only which is ensuite with no ventilation so would be unsuitable for 2 separate families even though there are two bedrooms. Nice patio areas. Lovely and peaceful at nights. Jean Remy kindly helped us out with food and wine when we arrived late and nowhere available to eat out locally. We were there beginning April - would be lovely and cool there in hot weather. Netflix available and large tvs which was nice. Basic and no cleaning products in kitchen or bathroom. We had to buy washing up liquid - no tea towels or cloths. We were unable to park van outside home which made it stressful for us leaving on last day as cleaner waiting and we were loading van in a hurry to let her in. But we should have allowed more time. All in all we had a good time and loved sitting on patio on last couple evenings when weather warned up.

Very inaccurate description. This is a dumpy rental

This rental was listed as having two bathrooms. It does NOT. There is one toilet and located within one of the bedrooms so guests in the other bedroom do not have access without going through the other bedroom. The bedroom without a toilet only has a shower. To enter the property you have to drive over a narrow, hazardous, wood plank bridge, difficult to do when a car is parked across the street. A dirty plunger was sitting on the bathroom shelf. There is mold growing on the edge of the kitchen sink. Dingy kitchenware. The description and photos are very misleading. We’ve stayed in many European rentals at this price point that were far better. We don't mind a basic rental, but this was gross. This is the worst rental we have ever encountered.

Nous avons passé une semaine agréable car le soleil était au rendez vous et la plage du rouet à 250 m, mais concernant le logement les informations sur le site sont erronées, le logement est à 1/2 heure à pieds du port et non pas 1 mn comme indiqué sur le site, un gros inconvénient dans le logement car les toilettes sont dans une chambre et non pas communes.... nous étions 2 couples et cela était un gros problème.point positif : le propriétaire est très réactif quand on lui pose des questions

Monique bonsoir , il n’est nullement indiqué dans l’annonce que le logement se trouve a 1 min a pied du port du centre ville . Mais à 200 mètres de la plage du rouet. Soit 5 min a pied ( même pas ) pour les toilettes je comprends votre remarque. Bien à vous

Une arrivé dans une allée envahie par la végétation. Belle place de parking. Un sol très sableux et envahie par les fourmis dans l’hébergement.Petit point d’intention sur le confort des enfants : en cas de forte chaleur ( période de canicule) les ventilateur fournissent peu d’air jour/nuit, aussi, prévoir un matelas pour le lit parapluie Endroit très calme est bien situé. Hôte très réactif et arrangeant. Conforme à l’annonce.

Demandez bien l'adresse exacte car selon le gps utilisé, la map d'Abritel ne suffira pas.La maison dispose d'un étage qui est occupé, très bruyant la nuit et matin (TV à fond et bruits de pas avec chaussures).La literie est trop dur à mon goût.La localisation du logement est parfaite pour visiter Marignane, Marseille et Aix en Provence.Face à un petit coin rocheux, mes adolescents ont beaucoup aimé.Petit espace extérieur fermé par un grillage, adapté pour les chiens mais grillage trop large pour les chats (passent à travers).Four à pizza et barbecue en terre à l'extérieur.Cuisine et frigidaire plutôt spacieux pour le logement.Espace Cuisine/salon.Communication sympathique avec le propriétaire en amont.Prévoir 1 supplément nettoyage pour les animaux.

Magnifique, séjour au calme, la cadre est splendide, réveillés par le chant des cigales et des oiseaux. La maison est bien équipée, l'essentiel y est, cela correspond parfaitement au descriptif de l'annonce. Loin des bruits de la ville et à 5 minutes à pied de deux magnifiques plages pour tous les gouts (une de sable surveillée et une de galets non surveillée). Grand emplacement pour garer sa voiture à côté de l'hébergement. Nous remercions Jeremy pour sa gentillesse et son accueil. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

Véritable petit coin de paradis niché au bout d’une impasse dans une résidence sécurisée par une barrière automatisée en été à 2 pas de la plage du Rouet ( plage de sable et petits restaurants /bars /glaces) et non loin des calanques des Eaux Salées . Voiture inutile pour aller se baigner . Quel bonheur ! Aucun passage de véhicule à coté du logement . Ultra calme . Voisins très discrets et hyper sympas . Aucun vis à vis . Vue sur les collines , chants des oiseaux et des cigales …2 terrasses , une cuisine fonctionnelle au centre de la location qui dessert 2 chambres de chaque côté avec TV chacune et WIFI . Literie confortable 2 personnes et douche dans chaque chambre Ma fille adolescente a adoré ! Situation parfaite pour visiter Marseille ,ses environs, la Camargue …énormément d activités , excursions , marchés locaux ..Logement conforme au descriptif . Merci Jean Remy pour votre accueil . accés compliqué(fossé à franchir sur "(, 3planches de bois,ilfaut bien viser pour ne pas tomber),toilettes sans aérations se trouvant dansl 'une des chambres,ce qui rend la situation compliquée pour l'autre couple!!!, isolation phonique du dessus inexistante(ns avons pu profiter des conversations des voisins et du bruit des perceuses

Plage de carret

Très bon emplacement maison proche de la mer à pied et vue le soir en mangeant sur des arbres et garrigue calme , dommage que la vaisselle soit vieillotte et très dépareillée , chaises de la cuisine à revoir aussi , les balades à pied sont très proches et la plage de Carret est sympathique

Appartement idéalement situé !

Un petit appartement bien situé à deux pas de la plage du Rouet. Idéal pour les aventures nautiques et les départs de randonnée. L'appartement est agréable, fonctionnel, au calme et surtout vraiment proche de la plage.
