About this property
Village house in the heart of L Aude
Restored semi-detached stone house on one side with annex for bicycle, parasol or other. About 40 m2 distributed on two levels. Ground floor entrance to a room that serves as living room and kitchen (Kitchen equipped with fridge, microwave, electric hob, oven, sink, washing machine) high table with 2 stools. living room with two seater sofa and small television. Upstairs bedroom with double bed (new mattress) bedside table and chest of drawers, a cloakroom area then bathroom with wc and shower, large storage unit. The set is simple but in good condition. Located at the foot of the church, there is a park 20 m away and very quiet, possible to park a few meters from the house. All shops within 5 min walk (bakery, butcher, supermarket, pharmacy, tobacco shop)
Canal du Midi, 8 minutes' walk away and the Aude river which flows through the village, embankments with play areas for young people: children and teenagers. Beautiful nautical area 15 min by car, Carcassonne, Narbonne less than 30 min.
