About this property

Renovated winery in the heart of the entre deux mers on the banks of the Dordogne

The winery is located in a 6000 m2 park with its centenary trees and fruit trees.
Moulon is a charming village between the two seas which is less than half an hour from Bordeaux, 10 minutes from Saint Emilion and 1 hour from the Atlantic beaches and the Arcachon basin. The winery of the old wine estate was carefully renovated in 2016 to accommodate our guests. The latter have a completely independent house of 160m2 with 2 suites and a very large living room. Many places are available in the garden to rest. Many restaurants are located less than 10 minutes from the house. Minimum 5 night rental.

Wir haben die Ruhe und die Grosszügigkeit der Ferienwohnung genossen. Die Tipps des Vermieters waren sehr gelungen und für Weinliebhaber ist der Standort perfekt, um kleine Weingüter anzusteuern. Viele Weingüter abseits der namhaften Adressen haben perfekte Weine zu anständigen Konditionen im Angebot. Jederzeit gerne wieder!

Location plus que parfaite au cœur du vignoble.

Nous avons eu la chance de séjourner deux semaines dans cet endroit durant l’été 2021. N’hésitez pas longtemps avant de réserver! Le logement est vraiment parfait, il est bien plus grand qu’il ne paraît sur les photos, il est très agréable. Les propriétaires plus que charmants ont à cœur de rendre le séjour de leurs locataires juste parfait! Et ils le font très bien! Tout est prévu et pensé dans ce sens. Vous serez surpris des espaces intérieurs, extérieurs, des nombreuses terrasses de la décoration digne d’un architecte d’intérieur, mais également et surtout de la qualité de l’accueil! Alors convaincus? Non?!!!

a fine place to stay

The property is excellent. It is roomy and well appointed. Located on an old wine making property, the interior has been redone in a sleek modern style. The yard is really as large as a small park. It is in the small village of Moulon which is centrally located for daytrips. The hosts, Sebastien and Prune, are terrific. They both are conversant in English and very informed about the area. Since they live on the same property they are readily available for help. They have a high concern for their guests comfort and try to make the stay as enjoyable as possible.

Large beautifully renovated separate house. En-suite bedrooms upstairs with views over the lovely gardens. Downstairs large open plan living, modern kitchen with all amenities and another full bathroom. Numerous outside seating options, plus extra outdoor dining area Close to famous Bordeaux vineyards. Our hosts were fantastic, friendly and super helpful and they speak English.

Fantastic place in St Emilion

We really enjoyed the house and the hospitality of the owner was great. Very good location and the town of Moulon was very nice. Highly recommend this property.

Gîte magnifiquement aménagé dans un parc superbe

Les proprietaires nous ont vraiment accueillis très chaleureusement. L'ancien chais a été réaménagé avec beaucoup de goût. L'espace de vie est très grand et bien équipé. Les chambres sont magnifiques et disposent chacune d'une salle d'eau impeccable. Les différentes terrasses permettent de s'adapter à la position du soleil. Seuls deux (tout) petits bémols : l'absence de wifi et l'accès à la piscine limité à certaines heures (pour garantir un peu d'intimité aux proprietaires).
