Perfect spot for our trip to Paris!

This apartment was the perfect place for our 6 day trip to Paris! It is central to almost everything, and it has a great view from the balcony of the Tuileries Garden. It is a great space for a small group. It has AC as well as blackout window shades that make for great sleep! Louis was extremely accommodating and helpful leading up to the trip as well as upon arrival! He let us check-in early and went above and beyond in answering all of our questions! I would definitely stay here again:)

Charming apartment in a perfect location

We felt very comfortable in this charming little apartment. Louis was the perfect host and took very good care of us. The location is ideal and the mini-balcony overlooking the Tuileries and Musée d'Orsay is the perfect spot for a glass of champagne on a warm summer evening.

We wouldn't change a thing about our stay at this flat. The apartment is comfortable and well equipped. Paulo made the check in process easy, explained everything and even took us on a quick walk around the neighborhood to familiarize us with everything the neighborhood has to offer. The location of this flat could not be better. It is a very short walk to theTuileries and Louvre. The metro station is very close and there are many cafes, bakeries and brasseries within a short walk. In spite of its proximity to everything, the street is very quiet. We will definitely recommend this to friends and will stay again on our next visit to Paris.

A wonderful apartment in a great location

The apartment was fantastic. It was very clean and relatively modern, and located in a secure building just a short walk to the Louvre. Food shops and numerous cafes were all nearby. Both Louis & Paolo were extremely helpful. They personally handled the check in process and also checked in during our stay to make sure everything was perfect. We'll be going back here!

Fantastic apartment in the great of Paris

We enjoyed our stay at this charming apartment so much. Louis and Paolo were the perfect hosts. They helped arrange transportation from the airport, showed us around the neighborhood, made restaurant recommendations and even gave us some tips for the next place we were visiting in France. The apartment was clean and exactly as described. The location is amazing - right next to the Louvre, Jardin de Tuileries and Musée d’Orsay. Great to have air conditioning, fast WiFi and black out blinds. It was also surprisingly quiet for being in the middle of the city. We had a wonderful time and would definitely stay here again next time we are in Paris.

Wonderful property and location

After a last minute cancellation by another property, I’m so happy to have found this perfect little apartment. It was a great location, less than a mile from both the Louvre and Sainte-Chapelle, and right around the corner from great shopping (Louis Vuitton and Saint Laurent) as well as great little cafes. It was on an adorable street above a flower shop, that had the most beautiful flowers out every morning. And Louis was the absolute best host! He met us at the apartment to show us how things worked, gave us great recommendations for places to shop and eat, and even made us a reservation at a local restaurant where we tried escargot for the first time. The place itself didn’t look like you’d need a reservation, but 20 minutes after we showed up, it was packed, and the food was great! He checked in on us to make sure we were settled, and you can tell he really loves his job. Would absolutely recommend this place, and would stay there again!

We were met by Paulo who showed us not only how everything worked but walked around the neighborhood and showed us where for food, coffee, restaurants stores Basically, was our private Paris tour guide, He graciously spent an hour with us.Incredibly nice. Louis sent me more texts checking on us than I could respond too. So Nice. I've rented in London, Madrid, Dublin in the last year and this place in the nicest section of Pais is remarkably QUIET. Room darkening shades for late sleep too. Yet a short walk to a square with about 10 cafe restaurants, full of life and fun.Access to the Metro great. I simply cannot recommend this apartment enough. Great location for summer in Paris

We (husband, wife, and teen son) stayed at the apartment for 5 nights in early August. The apartment is not large, but it was enough for the three of us to relax, prepare a few small meals, and sleep in between trips to see the tourist sites. The location is very close to the Tuileries stop on the M1 line and convenient to the Metro and buses along rue de Opera as well. The AC in the apartment works well and the elevator (small and slow) was functional. The biggest issue, solved by closing the windows and turning on the AC, is the noise at night (loud talking/yelling as people hang out before and after going to the club/bar) and noise in the morning (garbage truck in the street for 10-60 minutes most mornings). Overall, the apartment was a good value and we would consider renting again for future trips to Paris.

Cher Steve, Thank you for your review of our property. The apartment is located on the 6th floor( US ) and looks out onto a narrow street with not much traffic . While the noise level is different compared to many US locations, by Paris standards, the noise is minimal. As the rental is located minutes from the city center, more noise in the morning and evening is a reality of a big city like Paris. A bientôt à Paris, Louis.

Outstanding Paris Stay!!

Thanks to Louis for ensuring our 6 day stay in the best location in Paris was so enjoyable. The apartment is very secure and has all of the amenities that we needed (washer, coffee machine (individual coffee pods included) were useful). Louis met us at the apartment to provide and orientation to the apartment, local area, and transportation options/recommendations. Louis was very responsive via VRBO and WhatsApp throughout our stay. Metro station was a 3 minute walk away. Tuileries Garden Park is a 5 minute walk and the Louvre Museum is approximately a 20 minute walk. Large number of restaurants/food vendors to meet all desires within 20 minute walk. We used a combination of Metro and Uber and both worked equally well. In this location, you get to easily experience the beauty and history of Paris. Note that when you arrive there is a check-in fee payable in Euros that not included in the room charge. My only recommendation is to just include in the apartment rental fee.

A wonderful place in a wonderful location in the most wonderful city
