New apartment for rent

Ideally located in a splendid and calm complex of new houses and apartments and in the most beautiful part of the island of Naxos.

Close to the beach (800m), the charming village of Agia Anna (500m) and the port town of Chora (5km), you can enjoy a central location on the island to vary between the pleasures of the beach and visits to the island of Naxos. Easy connection by boat for day trip to Paros, Delos and Mykonos.

The apartment, located on the first floor, accessible by a private staircase, is made up of 2 bedrooms (one with a double bed and the other with 2 single beds which can be joined) both with shelves in ultra-practical cementoconia, 1 bathroom with lighted mirror and shower, a modern and very well equipped kitchen, a terrace with sofa and tables. The mattresses are new and of very good quality. You also benefit from 2 airco systems and a Wifi connection

In terms of accessories, you can take advantage of a washing machine, a Nespresso coffee machine, a hairdryer, an iron, sheets, shower and beach towels.

This apartment is for maximum 4 adults or 2 adults and 2 teenagers, we do not recommend it for very young children considering the stairs. While modern and super comfortable, the apartment respects the Cycladic style.

The magnificent view from the terrace overlooks the sea towards Orkos and the entrance to the apartment offers a splendid view of the island of Paros

Minimum stay of 1 week.

We organize the transfer from the port or airport of Naxos to the apartment; a car or quad rental can however be provided upon your arrival, we will put you in contact with the rental agency on site. We will be happy to give you advice on sites, beaches, restaurants, bars and others because we are lovers of the island.

We do not accept animals, we ask you not to smoke in the apartment
