Wonderful property in an idyllic setting. Super private and quite yet only 20 minutes from the resort town of Hot Springs. All the amenities you could hope for with a very helpful and attentive host. We had a small problem with the fireplace and they had somewhere there to fix it in no time. Great place to leave the world behind...

Very beautiful home with a breath taking view!!

Absolutely loved staying here, the river is absolutely gorgeous along with all the mountains around and the wildlife. Great place to get away and unwind.

The perfect weekend getaway! The house is beautiful, clean and the kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to make all of our meals there. The setting is peaceful, serene and secluded. It really felt like our own little paradise. Definitely recommend to anyone needing a break from the grind of every day life.

This place is a true gem! We couldn’t ask for a better location being right on the Jackson River and minutes from Moomaw. The house was great, tons of room and very cozy. This was a great property for a friends get together. The home is large, well appointed, and comfortable. We especially enjoyed evening fires in the fireplace on the deck. The owner was helpful with answering our questions prior to arrival which helped us be prepared to enjoy our time in the area. Will definitely stay here again and recommend to others.

Wonderful stay over Thanksgiving!

The house and property were wonderful! We stayed with a large group over the Thanksgiving holiday and everyone had a great time. Fishing by the river, s'mores by the fireplace, and relaxing by the indoor fire and shooting pool. Perfect way to spend a holiday weekend!

The house is nice while kind of rustic and very isolated - we had no cell service. We arrived after a storm that shut down power and water supplies. There was a generator, but it was only covering some of the electrical circuits and WI-FI, not the water supply which was annoying. Many other storms passed during the trip, and we were each time concerned by every light flickering. However, the host was responsive and did provide bottles of water. The WI-FI is quite fast (100Mbps) for those who want to work during a retreat. The access to the river is very nice and convenient while a little far and downhill from the house - those with walking constraints may not be able to enjoy it. There is a nice Florida room (screened deck) we enjoyed a lot. Kitchen was well equipped. Bathrooms are clean and work as expected.

Perfect family weekend

This house is our very favorite! The private riverside space offers guests the perfect visiting spot. The fire pit is great, and the screened porch with fireplace is great for quiet coffee in the morning or a glass of wine before dinner. We love this house so much!

Great spot on the Jackson!

Great place to stay with some really nice waterfront access on the Jackson. House was great and the screen porch with the outdoor fireplace was a real plus - evenings were just cool enough for us to use it. Some incredibly fishy looking water along the property but the fish there make you work for it!
