This spacious mountain view home features a great room concept, ideal for family gatherings and relaxation. It includes two full master suites, a sofa bed, and three full bathrooms. The stunning open kitchen is equipped with top-of-the-line Sub Zero and Wolf appliances, granite and travertine surfaces, and a front-loading washer and dryer. Enjoy amenities such as: Mountain View, Air Conditioning, a Fully Equipped Kitchen, Spacious Accommodations, Satellite TV, an on-site Restaurant, Spa, Gym, Hot Tubs, Pools, and Family friendly amenities such as Beach Chairs, Cooler, Boogie Board, Sand toys etc. Conveniently located near shopping and restaurants.

Getting Around:

Conveniently situated on Kapa'a's Coconut Coast, this property offers ample open parking in a large lot, and a parking pass will be provided. While a rental car is recommended for exploring the island, local transportation options include the Kauai Bus, taxis, and ride-sharing services like Lyft and Uber, which are readily available throughout most of the island. The nearest major transit hub is Lihue Airport (LIH), approximately a 20-minute drive away.



Other Things to Note:

Your Host Supplies an ample Starter Set of Paper Products. Toilet Tissue, Paper Towels and Kleenex. If you run out, you will need to supply additional for your use.

If you need a Late Check-Out, and it is possible, the rate is one half the nightly rate plus Hawaiian State Tax. The late departure fee must be paid prior to your check-out date. This option allows you to stay in the home until 10 pm on the day of departure.

The area was located conveniently. There was local shopping right around the property and only a short drive to get to larger retailers. The pool, and pool area, was always kept in immaculate condition . The pool staff was very involved and helpful .

We had a fantastic stay at Waipouli beach resort! Tina’s condo was spacious, comfortable and very well maintained. We especially appreciated and made good use of all the beach amenities offered. The resort’s grounds, pool, and beachfront were all amazing — we had to drag our son out of the water each evening, as he was having so much fun on the slides and lazy river! Each morning — an awe inspiring sunrise was just steps away. The resort’s location was very convenient as well, just across the road from a grocery/shopping plaza, and quite close to Kapaa town center with lots of food and other local shops to explore. Lydgate Beach Park, Wailua River, and so much more are just minutes away. Both Hanalei and Poipu are relatively close by too, which made for fun and easy day trips. The island of Kauai was the highlight of our 2-week trip to Hawaii and staying at Tina’s condo in Waipouli played a big part in that. We’ll definitely look to stay there again next time we visit.

We absolutely loved our stay here at Kauai. It was so convient to the Coconut marhet place and the ABC store and the Sursave grocery store. It was a very clean property with no noise or anything bad to say at all. Highly recommend

We had such a wonderful time in Kauai at this beautiful property. The layout is perfect for two couples. The home had everything we needed. We especially like having the cooler and cold packs, we used them almost every day. Having the beach chairs and umbrellas and floats were a big bonus. The pool is specular and the beach so close. The location is great because of Safeway being across the street and so many great restaurants in walking distance. It was nice having our balcony facing away from the beach. We did not get the high winds coming off the ocean and could sit out and eat and play cards without the wind. The owner is great and so helpful with everything. Made our stay perfect.

Great family resort.

The resort is wonderful. Unit quite nice and great for our family of 4, though view is of parking and shopping center. Would appreciate a few little basics like paper towels and dishwasher soap to start our stay.

The property was better than the pictures. Great central location to both north and south sides of Island. East access to stores, restaurants and nice beach. Oasis restaurant on site was a treat! We would definitely stay here again 😊❤️🌈

Wonderful Stay in Kauai

We stayed in this lovely home and used the pool and hot tubs. The beach right behind the building was perfect to watch the sunrise. The beach chairs and towels were very convenient. We both had our own bedroom and bathroom. We would stay here again.
