Coastal Cottage is a two-story home located in Belfast, perfectly central in Midcoast Maine. a short drive to Camden, Rockland, and Rockport, it’s an ideal base for exploring coastal towns, shops, dining, and scenic waterfronts. The home features 3 bedrooms: one king, one queen, and one bedroom with both a full and a twin bed. There are also two couches for extra lounging or sleeping space. Guests enjoy 1.5 bathrooms, a full kitchen, and comfortable living areas perfect for families and groups.The property offers 2 car parking, located on a quiet street, in the heart of Belfast. Not pictured is a back yard with patio and outdoor seating. The living room is a cozy spot with access to books, puzzles, and board games, along with a 50inch tv. The king suit offers a large closet with lots of clothes storage, a large chest and a gorgeous view. The main bathroom on the first floor is a shower/tub combo. The fully stocked kitchen offers a full fridge, stove, sink and dinning table. The washer and dryer are located in the kitchen along with a climbing tree with access to the 2nd floor leading to the big bedroom. The stairs to the second floor are located in the living room, upstairs offers 2 bedrooms and one half bath. The first bedroom is a large room with a full and twin bed, there is amble clothes storage in the room and 2 windows over looking the views. There is two lounge chairs and a chest table between the rooms. The second bedroom upstairs has a queen bed, and clothes storage in the room. The half bathroom is located just down the hall.
