About this property

Unit 10-102 is a luxury mountaintop studio/efficiency condo that has been nicely upgraded. Situated in building 10 at the top of Oma's Meadow on Sugar Mountain Resort, it offers the convenience of skiing in/out from our property. This unit has all the luxuries you need for a perfect mountain getaway, complete with open floor plan, balcony mountain views overlooking Oma's Meadow, queen bed, sleeper sofa, hardwood cabinets, upgraded appliances, granite bathroom vanity, flat screen cable TV, & WIFI. Sleeps 3. Our new clubhouse is now open for our guests to enjoy the heated indoor pool, hot tub, sauna, & fitness room. The property also has tennis/pickleball courts and outdoor grills in nice grassy areas. Come relax in the mountains! **No wood burning fire place**

Perfect Ski Trip Unit for Two

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This unit was very nicely equipped and was very clean and comfortable. A perfect place for two people. I think more than two would get a little crowded with all the luggage for a winter ski vacation.

Rating Details: The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was OK, we wouldn't choose it again. We could barely use the outlets to charge anything as the adapters would fall out, we had no bathroom soaps and the office was closed for us to get any. It didn't feel entirely clean, it had a stale smoking smell the entire time and we noticed the floors are sinking in some places. WiFi and cable worked very well and the location was decent.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Loved staying in this cute little stay. We took advantage of all the ammenities in this apartment including the kitchen and electronic fireplace. The only complaint I had is that the towel rack was broken when we got there and fell on top of us after our shower. Property management was incredibly professional and helpful during our stay
