Relax and Enjoy!

52 steps from the ocean on a quiet public access road. This condo is cozy, welcoming, and exceptionally clean. We are on the top floor. It is
a long way up, but the lovely views from the private balcony make it worth every step. It is a one-bedroom/one-and-a-half bath with a pullout sofa in the living room. The kitchen is well-appointed. Clean towels and linens are provided. We offer free Wi-Fi. You can use your streaming services through the Amazon Fire Cube. You will have access to two pools, one only steps away.

No pets. There is absolutely no smoking in the condo. Smoking on the balcony only. Three night minimum.

Super convenient to the beach, boardwalk and to town…well appointed and very clean…comfy bed and sofa…I love that the unit is 3rd floor - makes the balcony feel very private and affords beautiful views of the island AND, if you’re at the right angle, the ocean!

Nice spot very close to beach

Nice small apartment for a small family. I had my wife and young son, and it had everything we needed. Might be a little tight with more than 3+4 people, but was perfect for us. Was nicer than the pictures!

Perfect for my purposes

I enjoyed the proximity to the beach the most. It is a great location. The place has a very nice deck/patio. Only criticism is if you want to cook, you may need to bring or buy some extras like a cutting board or aluminum foil. But overall, it was about perfect for a single traveler.

NC getaway

Nice cozy condo. Not beach front but only a 2 minute walk. I'm 50 so the steps were no big deal but someone with health problems beware its 3rd floor.
