Looking to get away alone, as a couple or hang out with your bestie? Then this 3rd-floor 1 bdrm condo will satisfy all your vacation needs. The living space includes a master with queen size bed and TV. The living room also includes a TV and a queen size pull down Murphy Bed for seperate sleeping accommodations. The bathroom caters perfectly to 2 guests with each having a separate sink/ toilet while sharing the shower. Full size washer/dryer in unit and complimentary beach chairs for your use during your stay are also provided. So come get away from it all and relax at this cozy coastal escape....whether it is just to chill out on the balcony, float around in the pool or stroll across the street and dip your toes in the sand, this little gem will not disappoint. Please note that this condo is on the 3rd floor with stairs only, no elevator. Thank you.

The unit was just perfect. It was clean and the owner was in contact with me to make sure I had a good stay. The beach was just steps away and the pool was located right behind the unit. Everything was close by and it was quiet and relaxing. Definently will be staying there again.

Perfect little escape

Such a cute little condo! Easy accessibility to the beach. Jane was so helpful with the check-in process. Even though we did not partake, I have never had certain things supplied at rentals before (trash bags, detergent, soaps, shampoo, etc.) it was so above and beyond. Great rental nice location partial view of the ocean got plenty of exercise going up the stairs.decorations inside are beautiful I preferred the beach over the pool and of you are tech savvy you should bring your own equipment televisions are primarily for viewing local stations. Rest and relaxation

This was possibly the best beach trip I’ve taken. The condo is across the street from the ocean but has a good ocean view. It’s less than a minute walk to the beach. It was super clean and comfy. There were tons of amenities like beach chairs, umbrellas, towels, some food supplies like salt pepper oil even ramen noodles and coffee filters. The whole trip was so relaxing. It was a quiet place and the beach is equally quiet. We will visit again soon.

Gorgeous, cozy condo

We absolutely loved this property! It was EXTREMELY clean, bed was incredibly comfortable, everything was well stocked and we had everything we needed. The place was beautiful and so nice to sit on the balcony and watch the waves with a cup of coffee in the morning. Stairs are no joke but you’ll get used to them. It’s worth it for the balcony view and lack of people above you. Perfect for 2 people, quiet place, all the neighbors are respectful of noise. Will definitely be staying in this little oasis again!

We are very blessed to have three wonderful sons, twins and a singleton who attended UNC Wilmington (at the same time!). When we would visit, it was our pleasure to stay at Carolina Beach which seemed so friendly and family oriented. When the boys graduated, we decided to buy a place of our own to enjoy and then we decided to open our condo to others so they too could enjoy the experience of complete Rest and Relaxation.
