The Neighborhood:
This cabin sits directly over the historic Roaring Fork Stream—one of the most tranquil and scenic areas of Gatlinburg. Surrounded by forest but just 0.9 miles from the Parkway, you get the perfect mix of nature and access. Feel the breeze from the water, listen to the stream below your deck, and enjoy being walking distance to shops, restaurants, and local attractions—all while staying in your own private slice of the Smokies.
Getting Around:
Getting around is a breeze. A Gatlinburg trolley stop is just down the street, and a nearby sidewalk connects you straight to downtown. Whether you're strolling into town or hopping on public transit, you'll find that everything is just minutes away. For those looking to venture into the national park or surrounding mountain roads, we recommend a 4x4 vehicle—especially during rainy or winter conditions. Parking for 1 vehicle is available at the cabin.
Other Things to Note:
• Must be 21 or older to book this cabin.
• Maximum occupancy: 4 guests.
• Parking available for 1 vehicle.
• 4x4 vehicle recommended for exploring the greater Smoky Mountains region.
• Fireplace is gas and operates seasonally (Oct–Mar).
• Coffee maker is standard drip—please bring your own coffee.
• The Roaring Fork Stream is stocked weekly—fishing licenses can be purchased locally.
• Hot tub is drained, sanitized, and refilled between each guest stay. It may need time to reach full temperature on the check-in day.
• Starter supplies of toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, and laundry detergent are provided.
• Guests agree to use the website messenger for all communication, even if initial contact is made by another method.
• Bears and all types of wildlife are very common in the area! Do not feed or bother the bears or wildlife! Please leave them alone. We have no control over wildlife. They are very protected here and part of our area. Secure your belongings and always lock vehicle doors.
• We have monthly pest control at all of our cabins. Being in the Great Smoky Mountains, we are surrounded by nature and wildlife. Ladybugs, millipedes, and other insects can be difficult to combat around this time of year, even with our constant pest control program in place. It is not uncommon to see them occur in and around the cabin/condo, especially with the opening and closing of doors. This is extremely common for the area and all cabins/condos.
• Being in the mountains, wind can sometimes blow leaves, dirt, or other natural debris into the hot tub. The hot tub has been drained and cleaned to ensure it’s ready for use.

Cabin was great, perfect cozy atmosphere for a romantic getaway. Hot tub right next to the stream (Can't put into words how amazing it is to sleep with the sound of the stream right there lol) awesome view, super clean, and best of all, the communication from the lister is top notch, usually receiving a response in less than 5 minutes!

Thank you so much for your lovely review. We're thrilled to hear you enjoyed the cozy atmosphere, the stream sounds, and our quick communication. We'd love to host you again anytime!
Cute small cozy cabin. It is on a busy street, but the house sits right on a creek, and is so peaceful listening to the water. The hot tub has limited privacy, but it would be difficult to make it private without obscuring the view. The parking is not for a large truck, but we knew that ahead of time. The bed is not very comfortable, but I am picky. Location is very close to all the attractions. Overall, good stay

Thank you for your thoughtful review. We're glad you enjoyed the peaceful creekside setting and the location close to attractions. We appreciate your feedback about the bed and parking, and we’re sorry if those aspects didn’t fully meet your expectations. Thanks again for staying with us.
This lovely cabin was so charming. It was a great place with just the right amount of space. The owner was great with communication and extremely helpful each time we chatted. The hot tub was a nice addition and we enjoyed it. But the best of all was the rushing creek the property overlooked. What an amazing sound! It was so comforting and peaceful. Will go again if we find ourselves in the area again. 100% recommend!

Thank you so much for your lovely review. We're delighted to hear you enjoyed the peaceful creek and the hot tub, and that our communication was helpful. We'd be thrilled to host you again if you're in the area!
Everything was exactly as described in the listing, if not better. It was close enough to walk anywhere we wanted to go yet tucked away from the noise when we wanted to stay in. We will definitely be back.
At the original property we booked did not fit “our” needs. The host happily got us into another one of their cabins that we absolutely LOVED. VERY great to work with. And enjoyed our anniversary! Beautiful view. Very clean. Saw bears and just had a wonderful experience. 10 out of 10!! Would definitely book again!!!!
We had a fantastic time while staying at this location. It was just as advertised… very clean, great location and very near all of the stores and other things we needed while there. We saw bears and elk nearby and the parkway was less than a mile away. We’ll be back I’m sure!
The cabin was very cozy and clean. The fireplace was wonderful. Very convenient location to Downtown Gatlinburg as well as the Sugarland Welcome Center to access the National Park. Parking at the cabin can be a little tricky if you have a larger vehicle, we chose to reverse into the driveway making it easier to pull out when leaving. My favorite part was being able to hear the rushing water of the creek just outside even with the door shut. Thanks for a wonderful stay!
The best stay I have ever had! So clean and the pictures were great but it was even better in person! First time in TN and this cabin was perfect! Clean Cozy and Beautiful!
Everything about this cabin was amazing. The hot tub, the water, the location. We were less than a mile from downtown Gatlinburg where all the fun stuff is, but it was still cozy & quiet at the cabin.
