Guest Access:
Entire cabin

The Neighborhood:
This cabin sits directly over the historic Roaring Fork Stream—one of the most tranquil and scenic areas of Gatlinburg. Surrounded by forest but just 0.9 miles from the Parkway, you get the perfect mix of nature and access. Feel the breeze from the water, listen to the stream below your deck, and enjoy being walking distance to shops, restaurants, and local attractions—all while staying in your own private slice of the Smokies.

Getting Around:
Getting around is a breeze. A Gatlinburg trolley stop is just down the street, and a nearby sidewalk connects you straight to downtown. Whether you're strolling into town or hopping on public transit, you'll find that everything is just minutes away. For those looking to venture into the national park or surrounding mountain roads, we recommend a 4x4 vehicle—especially during rainy or winter conditions. Parking for 1 vehicle is available at the cabin.

Other Things to Note:
• Must be 21 or older to book this cabin.
• Maximum occupancy: 4 guests.
• Parking available for 1 vehicle.
• 4x4 vehicle recommended for exploring the greater Smoky Mountains region.
• Fireplace is gas and operates seasonally (Oct–Mar).
• Coffee maker is standard drip—please bring your own coffee.
• The Roaring Fork Stream is stocked weekly—fishing licenses can be purchased locally.
• Hot tub is drained, sanitized, and refilled between each guest stay. It may need time to reach full temperature on the check-in day.
• Starter supplies of toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, and laundry detergent are provided.
• Guests agree to use the website messenger for all communication, even if initial contact is made by another method.
• Bears and all types of wildlife are very common in the area! Do not feed or bother the bears or wildlife! Please leave them alone. We have no control over wildlife. They are very protected here and part of our area. Secure your belongings and always lock vehicle doors.
• We have monthly pest control at all of our cabins.  Being in the Great Smoky Mountains, we are surrounded by nature and wildlife.  Ladybugs, millipedes, and other insects can be difficult to combat around this time of year, even with our constant pest control program in place.  It is not uncommon to see them occur in and around the cabin/condo, especially with the opening and closing of doors.  This is extremely common for the area and all cabins/condos.

Interaction with Guests:
The best and fastest way to reach me is through the website messenger.

Conveniently located near downtown Gatlinburg, and not far from Pigeon Forge. We did the megazip, several mountain coasters, Titanic museum, shopping and lots of good food. Nearby hiking trails in the Smoky Mountain national parks. We had a great time. The sound of the river cancels out any noise of traffic. Wish there was also access to the river but we only got to enjoy the sounds and views. Our porch light was out and they got right on it. Overall a great experience!

Gatlinburg getaway!

Perfect Cabin Stay in Gatlinburg! We had an amazing time staying at this cabin! It was absolutely perfect—clean, cozy, and had everything we needed for a comfortable getaway. The location was ideal, just a short drive to downtown Gatlinburg, but still tucked away enough to enjoy peace and quiet. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to relax and enjoy the mountains. Highly recommend!

Pros: This place was pretty clean. It was cozy, in good location, WiFi & tv worked good. AC worked good. The fenced in outdoor area was nice. Wife & kids enjoyed the fenced in jacoozi area.Cons: Small parking that’s directly on the road, We drove a Chevy traverse and it was pretty tight. Private jacoozi area was also right on the road. It felt like the cabin was in the middle of the road. Toilet & shower are made for smaller people. If anything falls behind the nice barrel sink with very limited space for toiletries in the bathroom, it will be challenging to retrieve was you dropped…which was obviously why belongings from previous guests were still behind it!! Bear sighting 2 days in a row there. The 2nd day was when we were loading up to leave, car doors open, bear climbs in the back(with my wife in it) & with its mouth grabbed our 100 box of jellies & stuff from the Jelly House. Conclusion: For a 100 year old cabin it’s in good shape, the pricing was fair, & because we aren’t the type that needs everything to be perfect, we would gladly stay here again. Also be aware for bears at the cabin. My family & I were all loading up to come home with the car doors open when big black bear casually walked up. My 5 year old boy hollers BEAR! I snatch up the kids and run them inside. Ole Bear doesn’t realize how close he came to becoming a rug that day.

Fabulous Vacation

Absolutely a beautiful, postcard cabin on the creek in the perfect location with easy access to all amenities, shops, and fun. Sitting on the porch enjoying the creek sounds while watching the little otters as they were playing in the water was so peaceful and refreshing. The hot tub was fabulous and relaxing. What a wonderful stay for me and my best friend.

Great 3 day getaway

We had a great time the property was perfect for us. The sounds from the creek were an amazing. We were able to climb down to the water and soak in cool Mnt creek. Not beware of bears!! While soaking a bear tried to join us. It was awesome to see the bear that close. The hot tub in the evening was great and be able to grill out made the trip even better. Will definitely stay here again.

Cozy & Convenient

This little cabin was perfect for our annual Gatlinburg post Christmas stay. Located 5 minutes to the main strip. Definitely cozy but space was well appointed and we had everything we needed. My only critique is that it would be an added bonus if there were some holiday lights or festive Christmas decorations during the season.

Generally a cute place suited for a couple. Everything worked well. The brook could be heard at all times which helped to drown out the sound of passing cars which were only three feet from the cabin. Not safely walkable to town as the road has no sidewalk or shoulder.

Smaller than expected

Was barely enough room on either side of the bed to get in. Bath was very small. Not much room to park anything larger than a compact car or jeep. All in all not bad accommodations. No steps down to creek as stated.

Awesome Cabin

This cabin is right on Roaring Fork creek and is on the exit road for the Roaring Fork Driving Nature Trail. It is so conveniently located near downtown as well. But... also not too close so you are out of the hustle and bustle. The bedroom is tight with the queen bed in it but if you are able to get around well it is easy to manage. The bed was comfortable, but I would suggest bringing your own pillows. There was a box fan in the closet if you like to sleep to the white noise of one. The kitchen is sparsely equipped but what can you say it is a rental. I did notice in the listing it says there is a regular coffee maker. The only issue was there was no decanter to brew the coffee. There was a kurig (sp?) with the k-cup side and the full coffee maker side. Once again, no decanter for the full pot. I had brought ground coffee and filters. I would suggest just bringing K-cups. The living room is pretty awesome. Comfortable and easy to use TV made it homey. The Patio is pretty cool. There is fake ivy on the fence to give you some privacy if you use the hot tub. The gliding chair are very comfortable. The bathroom was good. The bourbon barrel sink in cool. The shower is tight if you are big or tall. I'm 6'2" and was taller than the nozzle. The water pressure is OK-ish. Not like the owner has much control over that. Overall, I would stay here again in a heartbeat. And that is pretty much one of the best reviews you can give.

We had a fantastic time while staying at this location. It was just as advertised… very clean, great location and very near all of the stores and other things we needed while there. We saw bears and elk nearby and the parkway was less than a mile away. We’ll be back I’m sure!

The cabin was awesome cleanliness was great The location was very nice and close to all the main attractions they only complained I had was the fact that the grill area or fenced area whichever you would like to call it was not as close or private or secluded as it seemed in the pictures, and the size of the bed but I did know what the size was when I booked so that one's on me.
