This T2 apartment (48 m2) is in a fisherman's house. It overlooks a terrace (10 m2) and a garden furniture. A bedroom (sleeps 2) a living room with American kitchen. A sofa (1 bed, with real mattress).
Location 300 m from the sea. Close (50 m) to the coastal path. It gives access to the cove of La Mauresque, sheltered from the winds, where swimming and fishing are possible, and 300 m from the beaches.
Possibility to park your car. The town center and the auction is less than 500 m away. As well as a supermarket on the road to Collioure.
The apartment is located 15 mins walk from Port-Vendres station (trains to Perpignan and to Spain).
20 km from Spain and 30 km from Perpignan.
Bus at 1 euro for the whole department.
