Appartement très bien, avec un grand lit confortable. Un balcon assez grand avec vu sur la piscine et la marina.La place de parking réservée est un atout de plus.La propriétaire et les voisins très sympathiques.

Bon séjour mais...

Tout d abord , la propriétaire a été très sympathique et compréhensible. Nous avons pu arriver un peu plus tôt que prévu le logement est conforme a description, propreté équipement, amplement suffisant pour 3, logement très bien situé au centre de Mandelieu et desservi par les bus gratuits toute la journée,devant la résidence,pas besoin de bouger la voiture ,si vous souhaitez vous déplacer en ville où a la plage. La résidence est propre et très calme. Belle vue sur la piscine et la marina. La clim est très appréciable pendant l été.. Tout était presque parfait, si , les résidents,de étaient un peu plus accueillants, on voit bien que les vacanciers ne sont pas vraiment les bienvenus ainsi que les familles avec des enfants, le bruit dérange...sans compter ,toutes les règles , que l on vous rappelle sans cesse , interdit de plonger là,interdit au jeux,....et alors si vous êtes d origine étrangère, je ne vous raconte pas , comment on vous dévisage . Et si vous souhaitez vous baigner en combinaison... Interdit on vous donnera juste le droit de vous doucher ,et encore.une honte , rien a voir avec la propriétaire.dommage.

vacances aux Termes

nous avons passé un excellent séjour un seul bémol la télé qui beuguait, mais ce n'était pas très important vu qu'on était en vacances le frigo un peu petit sinon nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir
