Apartment of 71 m2 fully equipped on the first floor of a house. Living room of 37 m2 opening onto a 15 m2 veranda including a very comfortable convertible sofa (140 bed with slatted base and mattress independent of the seat) a bedroom with 160 bed, bathroom with large shower, separate WC, fully fitted kitchen equipped with induction hob, electric oven plus microwave, coffee maker, XL fridge with freezer, washing machine… a small garden area with table, 2 chairs, parasol and 2 deckchairs is available
Sevrier beach (free and supervised) is accessible on foot (around 700 meters) - close to the cycle path that links Annecy to Albertville.
Located at the end of a dead end, the apartment is very quiet. Easy and free parking.
All shops are nearby (LIDL at 1 km, Carrefour market) as well as pharmacy, bakery, butcher, fruit and vegetable stores, doctor, nurses, dentist, physiotherapist ...

Wonderful stay in Sevrier/Annecy

Marie Christine and Bertrand were wonderful hosts. Marie Christine organised restaurant bookings for us and couldn't do enough to make our stay more memorable. The apartment was spacious, clean and comfortable. The area has transport, easy bus ride into Annecy, shops and the lake shore within walking distance. If you have a car there are plenty of places to explore a short distance away.

Our holiday in Annecey was wonderful and we highly recommend! The people were very friendly. We received a warm welcome on arrival from Marie Christine who lived nearby and was easy to contact. Our appartment was traditional, spacious and light, well equipped, with a beautiful view of the mountains. It was very peaceful and quiet but only a short walk to the centre and beach. There is a regular bus service very nearby and a ferry port too, so an ideal location. LIDL is within walking distance but a little too far to walk when it's very hot. There is a small convenience store much closer plus a very good butcher. The Poisson Rouge is a lovely lakeside restaurant 14 mins walk away and a restaurant/bar on the beach. Annecey was a short bus ride away. We downloaded the SIBRA app and bought a 7 day pass for 16 euros which was excellent value. We enjoyed our car-free holiday - the perfect break after a very stressful few weeks.

This was a very spacious apartment with everything you could possibly need. Very close to Annecy town, and at walking distance from the municipal beach at Sévrier. I was travelling with a friend, so the excellent sofa-bed in the living-room was very handy for him, and the large bedroom was very comfortable for me. The air conditioning was a real bonus, as temperatures reached 38 Celsius while we were there. A small point: we couldn’t figure out why there series to be only one detachae handel for all the (sauce)pand. It Made cooking a little dangereuses, but we managed. All in all, a very pleasant stay hete, and I Will definitely be terurning next year! Thank you, Bertrand and Marie-Christine.

Nous avons passé une agréable semaine dans cette belle région et l'accueil fait par Mme Bilaine a complété notre ravissement. Le logement est très bien agencé, tout est à disposition pour cuisiner et l'entretien. L'endroit est calme tout en étant proche des commerces. Le logement est conforme à l'annonce en tous points, calme et extrémement bien placé, ce qui nous a permis de profiter d'Annecy et du lac en proximité de la plage et de la piste cyclable. Le logement est bien équipé (vaisselle, produits d'entretien, épicerie ...) comme à la maison ! Marie-Christine et Bertrand sont très accueillants, disponibles tout en étant discrets, leurs conseils nous ont permis de passer un agréable séjour ... nous y reviendrons avec plaisir. Merci encore.

Appartement très bien situé où il ne manque rien, literie Impec, plage municipale et commerces proches, points de départ de rando à qq km... Le vieil Annecy accessible grâce au bus gratuit pour l été, nous avons très peu utilisé la voiture. Nous avons eu un très bon accueil et des bons plans des propriétaires. Nous recommandons à 200% famille du Puy-en-Velay

Stunning Annecy

Just spent a fabulous 6 days in beautiful Annecy. So many lovely beaches around the lake. The apartment is about 5 mins from Sevier beach. We brought an inflatable kayak from UK which was perfect for using on the lake ( can hire also). There many other towns/ beaches definitely worth a visit - Talloires and St-Jorioz to name a few - kids loved jumping into the lake from the diving platforms and jetty. Taking own bikes/or hiring is a must, lake set up for cyclists. As a family we cycled around the lake 38km and takes about 2 hours non stop so more if you stop obviously. The town of Annecy is pretty but very busy. Trip to chamomix is recommended-take cable car to mount blanc- breathtaking views! The apartment is a good size with a well stocked kitchen and lovely host.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour sous le soleil. L'appartement est bien entretenu et spacieux. Il est bien équipé et nous n'avons manqué de rien. Très bon accueil. L'arrêt de bus est à moins de 5 min à pieds et le trajet vers Annecy très rapide (moins de 15 min). Proximité du lac et d'une boutique de location de vélos.

Excellente location de vacances

Nous avons passé de formidables vacances à Sévrier. Les propriétaires ont été très accueillants et nous nous sommes sentis tout de suite à l'aise. Très sympathiques. Le logement était parfait. Très confortable et très bien équipé. Situé à 700 mètres du lac et secteur d'un calme olympien !! Quel plaisir de laisser la voiture et descendre se baigner à seulement 10 minutes à pied. Commerces à proximité et location de vélos également. La région est magnifique. Nous avons même osé le delta planne. Nous recommandons vivement bien entendu cette location. Nous étions quatre.
