We had a lovely stay. So quiet yet in amongst the heart of the Old Town. We loved getting up each morning and walking 20 mtrs to get delicious croissants and pastries from the bakery. The balcony in the apartment was lovely to spend time on...thank you Jean-Philippe

Outstanding. This was a perfect location right in the middle of Annecy, tons of restaurants within steps, but was also quiet and peaceful as advertised. Our host was very responsive and when there was a minor maintenance issue he arrived within 30 minutes on a Sunday to fix it. The apartment was clean and comfortable and perfect for a couple.

Fantastic pied de terre!

Great small flat in the heart of the Old Town in Annecy. Great location Close to many restaurants and a short walk from the train station. Very well equipped and the balcony was a surprisingly peaceful spot. Jean-Phillipe was super helpful too. Thank you, we look forward to returning :)

This apartment is perfect for two people. The host provides useful amenities like a stove top, refrigerator, kettle, dishwasher, laundry machine, and hair dryer. The bed is comfortable, there is a fan provided and plenty of extra bedding. The location is perfect for walking around Annecy and great lake access. The space is clean and neat. The check in and out process is very easy.

The apartment was clean and spacious and located right in the heart of old town. It was a short walking distance from all of the sights in old town, restaurants, and the lake. Jean-Philippe is a great host who was very helpful! You can park in the Sainte-Claire parking garage (closest one to the apartment) and put your ticket in the pay station machine and pre-pay for a 2, 3, or 5 day parking pass. This was an excellent stay!

The little apartment was just right for us. The very best part was the location. Perfect! In the heart of old town Annecy. With boulangeries and restaurants right outside the door. But not facing the street, so not noisy. We would stay again, if we ever return. Annecy is a charming town!

Good Place for Exploring Annecy

Property is located in the old town with restaurants and shops within steps of the door. Less than ten minute walk from the train station. We tried to get there relying on memory of the map directions and were turned around in the old town. But even though we were about 15 minutes later than expected arriving at the apartment, Isabelle graciously greeted us. She provided information about the apartment and showed us a virtual library of maps and brochures containing things to do in and around Annecy. Property was very clean and just as pictured in the listing. Thank you Isabelle.

Goede ligging, appartement leuk maar net niet

Ziet er erg leuk uit, ligging is perfect, maar is het toch net niet. Appartement was niet schoon bij aankomst. We zaten er 6 nachten, hadden 2 handdoeken en een theedoek. Er is een wasmachine maar geen rek om je was op te hangen. 's-Avonds op het balkon zitten kon ook niet want dan zat je in de kook- en bakluchten van de zaken eronder. Geen mes om je vers gekochte stokbrood te snijden en dat bedoel ik dus met net niet. Ligging was perfect, je kan overal te voet naartoe. Parkeren is betaald in de parkeergarage dichtbij het appartement. Genoten van Annecy, want dit stadje is erg gezellig en heerlijk vertoeven rond het meer.

Idéalement placé au coeur de la vieille ville. Studio un peu sombre qui mériterait un petit rafraîchissement mais idéal pour découvrir Annecy a pied. Le petit plus, le parking (payant) juste à côté.

Au calme, bien cituée, propriétaire très aimable et disponible. Dame seule et âgée, je précise qu'il y a 2 petits escaliers à monter avec une rampe, mais j'ai pu compter sur Jean-Philippe pour monter et descendre ma valise. Une adresse à conserver.
