The Domaine des Lèbres is located at the foot of the village of Banne, close to many cultural and tourist activities cave cave Pont d'Arc (40 minutes), caving, canoeing, canyoning, baths, climbing, hiking pedestrian, horse riding, cycling, golf and tennis (10mn).

Apartment of 115 m2 with independent entrance and terrace of 85 m2 in old family home of the 16th century, surrounded by a park, in the vineyard of the "Château des Lèbres" with wine tasting cellar of the property cultivated in organic viticulture .
The cottage, in a charming old frame, can accommodate 4/5 people: a large bedroom with a large double bed and a bathroom, a twin bedroom with shower / sink and a living room / dining room to eat. A cot is available. Fully equipped kitchen (fridge, freezer, washing machine and dishes, micron waves). Toilet.

Terrace with barbecue, garden furniture and sunbeds, table and chairs, parasol, ping-pong.
Shaded parking.
Our animal friends are not accepted.

Booking conditions:
Reservation contract filled.
50% deposit on booking by check or bank transfer and 50% on handing over the keys.
End of stay cleaning fee: 45 €
Linen package (sheets and pillowcases, towels, tea towels): 10 € per person.
Deposit of 850 €, returned to the exit.
Holiday insurance certificate, to be provided upon arrival.
Arrival possible on Saturday from 17 h. Departures are Saturday at 10 am.
Rental period: from June 2nd to September 15th, 7 nights minimum.
Other period: 2 nights minimum.

Magnifique !!

Notre premier séjour en Ardèche ...la région est vraiment très belle, le soleil, la chaleur ...le gite (très grand) est dans un joli domaine viticole une magnifique terrasse. Notre hôte Monsieur Philippe Strohl a été charmant disponible et discret à la fois. Nous avons fait randonnée et canoë et détente ...Je vous recommande de visiter les vignes et de faire une dégustation de la production du domaine !!! C'est avec grand plaisir que nous reviendrons. Merci :)

Excellent séjour au vert

Spacieux, agréable, bien équipé, ce gîte, situé dans une très belle partie de l'Ardèche, est idéal pour ceux et celles qui aiment la nature. Au pied du village de Banne, la propriété est également proche des Vans pour les commerces, cafés et restaurants.

Excellent séjour au Château des Lèbres

LE LOGEMENT : Dans un cadre exceptionnel, nous avons séjourné dans une demie aile de 115 m², avec magnifique terrasse et entrée, privatives. Au milieu du domaine couvert par 6 ha de vignes élevées en biodynamie. Une bâtisse ou la climatisation n'est pas nécessaire au regard de l'épaisseur des murs. Un excellent séjour au grand calme. Une cuisine et un logement très bien équipés. Bâtisse atypique et très jolie décoration au charme suranné. L'ENVIRONNEMENT : L'absence de piscine est compensée par la proximité des cours d'eau environnants (Le Chassezac à Berrias et à Gravières, l'Ardèche sous l'Arc, mais surtout La Beaume au pied du magnifique village de Labeaume). Ne pas oublier de : passer par Ruoms, passer une soirée à Banne surtout si c'est le marché nocturne ou la fête votive. Profiter aussi de la proximité avec l'Aven d'Orgnac, le Mas Daudet vaut le détour, et ne passez pas à côté de la Distillerie de Païolive. Ensuite un "voyage" jusqu'à Thines vous sort de l'animation festive qu'on trouve au sein de Les Vans. Le lac de Villefort est aussi à cibler pour s'y baigner dans un environnement exceptionnel, la Grotte Chauvet 2 vous transporte dans le temps, le marché à Aubenas le samedi matin est remarquable..... j'oublie sans doute plein de lieux alentours. L'ACCUEIL : L'accueil de Mr et Mme Strohl, et de sa famille est remarquable, nos hôtes ont été très à l'écoute et ont tout fait pour contribuer à l'excellence de ce séjour. Pour les amateurs et aussi les novices en matière de vin, l'animation estivale mise en place par la famille Strohl pour faire découvrir ce métier d'éleveur de vins est super intéressante. La vigne réclame énormément d'attention, surtout quand on veut le faire avec un maximum de respect de l'environnement et du vin. Nous recommandons vivement ce séjour pour des vacanciers qui veulent sortir des sentiers battus et qui recherchent le calme et la sérénité, tout en restant proche des intérêts touristiques de cette belle région. Nous avons adorés y passer 2 semaines. Fabienne, Olivier, Emma et Lucile.

Week in the Ardeche

Great location and house. Part of a large French Farmhouse / hunting lodge. Loved it. Banne is a lovely village. 2 good restaurants and rose everywhere!!
