Newly renovated apartment located in the heart of the medieval town of Ruoms, 400 m from the river. Ground floor with a balcony. 1 bedroom, 2 living rooms, 1 bathroom with shower—separate toilet. Within walking distance of all amenities and free public parking.
The apartment is located above a small, renowned restaurant. In the evening, enjoy the village’s lively spots and pedestrian streets. Night market on Wednesday evenings (July/August) and weekly market on Friday mornings...
You can explore many charming villages and remarkable sites in southern Ardèche (Chauvet Cave, Pont d’Arc, Balazuc, Labeaume, Rocher de Sampzon, etc.)
Sports enthusiasts will enjoy the many hiking trails and canoeing down the Ardèche River... A bike path has been built along the old railway tracks to allow holidaymakers to ride safely—a 22-kilometer route between Vogüé and Grospierres

sehr schöne und komplett eingerichtete Wohnung / sauber / sehr nette und zuvorkommende Vermieterin / Lage zwischen einem Marktplatz und Beginn des mittelalterlichen Ortskerns / ein kleines Restaurant im Erdgeschoss bietet leckere Galette an / weitere Lokale und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten befinden sich in der Nähe / kostenlose Parkplätze in 50 Meter Entfernung, weitere kostenlose Parkplätze in 300 Meter Entfernung / nach kurzem Spaziergang (etwa 500 Meter) Zugang zur Ardeche

Très belle semaine

Très joli appartement, impeccable (vient d’être refait à neuf), bien agencé. Au cœur du joli village de Ruoms, proche de toutes commodités, à 400m de la rivière. Nous avons passé une excellente semaine ! Propriétaires charmants et accueillants. Je recommande ++
