Our guest have to close the swimming-pool for security. and leave the house clean on departure we can charge 50 euros for cleaning.
Nous pratiquons le trie des poubelles. We clean and disinfect the house after each depart, we sort out the rubbish.
Because COVID strict disinfection so it will take time. Guest can arrive at 16 pm and stay at the swimming pool area the time we finish.

We choice that property for the character of the building but also for the position on the top of a hill, with panoramic views on a very quiet and beautiful hilly country side.The river is also very important for Christophe, he likes to fish and there is sportive fish in the river.

What makes this property unique

We both like old houses and the old buildings in that area call RICHELAIS are very attractive with there close courtyard, there pigeon house built is that typical beautiful whit stone, also the weather is very cool, we can grow plant from the south of France. That's why it is call the garden of France.
