It includes a cabin with bunk beds, bathroom and separate toilet, a bedroom with a double bed, cupboard, living room with kitchenette equipped with a washing machine, convertible corner sofa for sleeping 2 people, air conditioning, a large bay window overlooks the loggia and the terrace with garden furniture and deckchairs.
No parking with this property. Possibility of free parking nearby: Av. du Palais de la Mer, Av. Jean Jaurès, Rue des Primevères...

POOL HOURS 2026 SEASON:
1 pool (HORTENSIAS side) from May 30th to August 31st, 2026, from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM and from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM. From September 1st to September 20th, 2026, from 11:00 AM to 6:00 PM daily.
1 pool (EGLANTINES side) from June 27th to August 31st, 2026, from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM and from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM.
CLOSED TUESDAYS.
Dimensions: 12m x 6m each.

A €400 deposit via bank imprint will be required before your stay.
Pets not allowed - Tourist tax extra.

Climatisation

Concernant cette propriété, il y a une chose à déplorer : le manque d'équipement. Il est vrai que l'appartement est doté de la climatisation ce qui est très agréable mais pas de plancha ou barbecue, une table extérieure et une intérieure pas en grande forme et 1 seul bain de soleil alors que la location peut aller jusqu'à 6 personnes. Par contre la literie est très confortable. Le volet roulant ne voulait plus descendre ce qui est un inconvénient lorsque c'est la seule fermeture de la loggia avec une grille. Sinon l'emplacement est très bien à proximité de toutes les commodités.
