Clim indispensable et fonctionnelle.Piscine toute proche, accès sécurisé avec bracelets, température idéale. Mer et centre ville accessibles à pieds pour des personnes qui aiment marcher (15 et 30 mn).Juste dommage qu'il n'y ai pas une place de parking dans la résidence. Les places à proximité sont rares par moments.L'appartement est bien isolé phoniquement des voisins.

Je recommande a 100% cet appartement. Les proprios sont au top. A l'écoute. L'appartement est très propore. Tout est a disposition. Petit commerce en bas de la residence. Pas besoin de prendre la voiture. Tout est a coté. Encore merci pour le séjour. A refaire sans hésiter.
