New semi detached house in a calm and family environment. Comprising a bedroom with double bed 160, closet and dressing table, and two bedrooms each with two beds and a wardrobe. A dining room for six or more places and a television / radio. A new fully equipped kitchen; induction hob, oven, microwave, integrated fridge-freezer, and washing machine. A bathroom, a large shower and double sinks. An independent W.C. a large garden with table, parasol, and a modern barbecue.
The house is close to the town center, to all the main road shops, 600 m from the lake, 4 km from the golf course and the Etang de Cousseau nature reserve, 10 km from the ocean beaches, with direct access cycle paths.
