RR Big Deck features not one, but two large decks (upper and lower). Experience high-end living at beach at this fabulous house. House has 2900 square feet of living space and features 5 bedrooms, 3 1/2 baths. Large primary suite has king-sized bed, large walk-in shower and tub plus double sinks. Bedrooms 2, 3, and 4 each have queen sized beds with 55" flat screen TV's and bedroom 5 is a double size bedroom upstairs and has 2 queen sized beds and a 65" flat screen TV.
Preparing a meal will be a breeze in the spacious kitchen with plenty of cabinet space, propane range, and all the things you would expect to have in your own kitchen! There is large bar for meal preparation and/or serving. All TVs are DIRECTV connected and the house has high speed internet with coverage from top to bottom
. After you enjoy a day at the beach, come back and relax on one of the many chairs on the decks, or play pool on the table upstairs and enjoy perfect unobstructed views of the beach!

Recently installed whole home generator to ensure your trip is uninterrupted!! Brand new deck furniture, brand new washer and dryer AND we just had the pool table re-felted and leveled and it looks awesome! Enjoy a game of pool while the game is on the 70" big screen! We absolutely love this house, and we are sure you will too!
Recently replaced entire HVAC system and added whole home generator to ensure your stay will be comfortable.

Will not rent this property again.

I had to contact owner several times for the key code. Beautiful view from property. The property is in need of repairs. The downstairs bedroom toilet need repairs. The linen looked as if it needed to be washed again before using them. All closets were locked; no where to hang close. The bathroom rugs looked as they had not been washed in a while. The top oven was dirty. Upstairs bedrooms had no window covering. You could see directly into the bedrooms. Mattresses should be replaced; broken chairs should be replaced. The deck needs repairs. Rusty nails should be removed. The house did not have a fresh smell. We were planning on renting again before our stay; we decided not to rent this property again,

Great experience!

The location and house were exactly what we were looking for when I was doing my research. It had plenty of space for the 4 adult couples and 10 year old boy. The kitchen has everything you need to cook for the family and the layout and massive deck were a big hit. The star of the show was definitely the recently installed power generator. On our first night, the power went out in the neighborhood at 10pm. The generator kicked on in a few seconds and ran the entire night for 9 hours! You might think this is a "nice to have", but our house was the only house I could see that had that capability. If you know anything about Texas summers, having AC is a must and I can't tell you how much we appreciated the feature. The owner was very responsive to my questions and I would highly recommend the property!

Back Again

Our family enjoyed our return stay again this year. The accommodations are very nice, beds are comfortable and kitchen has all that we need to make our meals. The gas BBQ pit worked great also. The house is conveniently located in Crystal Beach to The Big Store, restaurants, etc.

Wonderful!

Celebrated Christmas in July with family from 3 states. Beautiful spacious home that very comfortably accommodated 12 adults. Great view from the decks and the lift made arriving and leaving sooo much easier. The pool table was a nice bonus too. It is very close to the drive on access to the beach which was also a bonus. However the biggest bonus was the generator because the electricity was out for several hours on our day of arrival but we were nice and cool! Infact we didn't even realize the power was off until we noticed the lights off around us and we heard the sound of the generator running. Would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful Family Vacation

The house was perfect for our entire family. Easy walk to the beach and the view was great. The location of the house was convenient to the grocery store and other stores.

We are from The Woodlands , Tx and love spending time down here whenever we can get it and we are sure you will too! We love everything about the beach life from fishing to collecting shells to just chilling with a bonfire listening to the waves , SUCH STRESS RELIEF from the everyday grind.

Why they chose this property

We fell in love with this house from the moment we pulled in the driveway and once we saw the view from the deck it was a done deal before we even opened the door! We love the fact that its a few steps away from the beach if we want to get out there and if not just sit and relax on the deck and listen to the waves.

What makes this property unique

Awesome views, donut shop at the end of street , big store 2 minutes away. Really minutes away from anything ! Top deck or bottom deck , either way the sunrise and the sunset will be awesome!
