This brand new spacious 2-bedroom apartment is located just 150 metres away from the Seafront and the lovely Promenade of Bugibba in St Paul's Bay.
Apartment has many comforts, like Air Conditioning unit in every room, Insect Screens, well equipped kitchen, nice sofa with chaisse lounge, FREE WiFi in all rooms, 32inch TVs, fans, hair dryer, washing machine, ironing facilities and nice balconies and terraces.

In the area, there are several shops, restaurants, bus stops, supermarkets, etc. The apartment is fully equipped, furnished and with air-conditioning.
It is located in a block of self-catering holiday apartments (penthouses, 1 & 2 bedroom flats).

This 70 sqm apartment is composed of 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with two single beds, one bathroom with shower, L shape kitchen dining and living area .

NOTICE: Having the promenade so close, one can see a bit the sea from the balconies/Terraces, however we do not guarantee any sea views or floor level.
